Lynae Skill Kit & Playstyle Analysis
General Introduction
Lynae is a 5-star Resonator of the Spectro Element and wields pistols as her main weapons. She specializes in dealing massive amounts of Basic Attack damage to enemies while she is on field and inflicting them with a Tune Break Effect that can either boost her own damage potential on the field or supplement the team’s damage output depending on which mode she is in.

Skill Analysis & Leveling Priority
| Basic Attack: press or hold to deal 3 instances of Spectro damage to enemies. Enhance Basic Attack: When overflow is filled, hold normal attack to enter a charge state. During this state, Lynae takes less damage and is immune to interruption. Charge state converts Overflow points to Lumiflow and depends on the amount of Lumiflow gained from conversion, activates Spark Collision level 1 to 3. After using Spark Collision, enters Kaleidoscopic Parade state and enhances all Basic Attack damage modifiers. Kaleidoscopic Basic Attack: Deals 4 instances of enhanced Spectro damage to enemies. When Lumiflow is above 120 points, this attack tracks enemies from afar. Kaleidoscopic Heavy Attack: Consumes Stamina to deal enhanced Spectro damage to enemies. | |
| Leveling Priority: High | |
| Normal Attack | |
| Reason: Lynae’s main damage source when she is on field, leveling this up to maximize her damage output. | |
| Normal Resonance Skill: Deal Spectro Damage to enemies. Kaleidoscopic Resonance Skill: – Press to deal Spectro damage to enemies.- Hold to deal Spectro damage to enemies and exit the Kaleidoscopic Parade state. Basic Attacks can be used to combo during the skill’s duration. | |
| Leveling Priority: Medium | |
| Resonance Skill | |
| Reason: Another Source of Lynae’s damage output. Players will naturally use this during Lynae’s on-field combo, so players should level this up to optimize Lynae’s damage output if she is built as a DPS. | |
| Lynae has two modes: – Optical Sampling Stage: recovers overflow points when attacking with basic attacks.- Kaleidoscopic Parade Stage: recovers lumiflow points when moving. Enhanced Lynae’s mobility when in this state. When using basic attacks and consuming Lumifow points when in Kaleidoscopic Parade, Lynae can perform Polychrome Leap, up to 3 times consecutively. Each time, Lynae gains 1 True Color stacks. At 3 True Color Stacks, using Lynae’s basic attacks enhances the damage dealt and inflicts the Tune Break Effects onto the enemies. | |
| Leveling Priority: Highest | |
| Forte Circuit | |
| Reason: Lynae’s Forte Circuits help boost the damage modifiers of her most powerful damaging moves and her effects, so players should prioritize leveling this up to maximize her damage. | |
| Deal Spectro damage to all enemies and increases the damage dealt by all Resonators for a short period of time. Uses basic attack after Resonance liberation to perform a special basic attack, dealing Spectro damage to enemies | |
| Leveling Priority: Medium | |
| Resonance Liberation | |
| Reason: An amazing ability, but leveling this up only boost the damage modifiers of this single damage instance, so players should only level this up to optimize Lynae’s own damage output. | |
| Deal Spectro DMG, inflicting Photochromic Flux on targets hit. While in the Optical Sampling Stage, casting this skill recovers 100 points of Overflow. | |
| Leveling Priority: Low | |
| Intro Skill | |
| Reason: Lynae’s combo starter, only level this up if you want to optimize Lynae’s own damage output. | |
| After casting Basic Attack – Visual Impact, Lynae leaves Spray Paint on the ground and continuously inflicts Photochromic Flux on targets within the Spray Paint for 5s, triggered once every 2s. When Spray Paint is on the ground, switching to another Resonance Mode doesn’t affect the Photochromic Flux effects inflicted by the Spray Paint. With Lynae in the team, the expedition motorbike’s Energy Tank expands by 600 points. Lynae enters Kaleidoscopic Parade automatically while on the expedition motorbike and restores 20% of Lumiflow per second. | |
| Unlock Priority: High | |
| Inherent Skill 1 | |
| Reason: A good Inherent Skill that allows Lynae to deal some off field damage to enemies in addition to helping to boost the Exploration ability of the players when they are outside of combat. | |
| Casting Intro Skill increases Lynae’s Spectro DMG Bonus by 25% for 9s. During Kaleidoscopic Parade, if Lynae isn’t in combat, dodging without directional input grants her Optic Camo for 15s, which will be removed when Lynae casts any skill other than dodging or is switched off the field. Performing environmental, gameplay or functional interactions, or entering combat, removes the Optic Camo. With Optic Camo, Lynae may enter the enemy’s aggro range without triggering combat. | |
| Unlock Priority: High | |
| Inherent Skill 2 | |
| Reason: An amazing Inherent Skill that both boosts Lynae’s damage output and offers Lynae an amazing utility outside of combat. | |
