Version 3.7 First Phase Character Banners – Which Banner To Roll On
For the first phase of the Honkai Star Rail Version 3.7 Update, there are 4 different character rate up banners, featuring the brand new 5-star Ice Remembrance Character Cyrene, and the returning 5-star Quantum Remembrance Character Castorice, the 5-star Quantum Harmony Character Tribbie and the 5-star Wind Remembrance Character Hyacine.
Cyrene
Cyrene is the brand new shiny Remembrance character introduced for the Honkai Star Rail Version 3.7 Update and her banner lasts longer than the typical banners, lasting for a total of 42 days – the entirety of the Version Update.

Cyrene is a support character whose main purpose is to support the different Chrysos Heir characters in the game, with all 12 of them gaining special buff effects when Cyrene uses her Memosprite skill on them. Cyrene’s main gameplay revolves around being slotted in full Remembrance or Chrysos Heirs teams in order to charge up her Ultimate as quickly as possible and grant the special benefits for the different Chrysos Heirs.
Rolling Priority: 7/10, It depends. As mentioned, Cyrene’s main gimmick is her ability to buff the different Chrysos Heirs in their respective teams, therefore, if you don’t have enough Chrysos Heirs or don’t have the Heirs that benefits greatly from her unique buffs, it is not recommended to roll on her. If you have the heirs and want to form good teams for them to take advantage of Cyrene’s buffs, then she is extremely worth the pulls.
Another point of consideration is that her banner lasts for 42 days, therefore, players can prioritize rolling for the other characters whose banner only lasts 21 days and focus on her banner later.
Castorice
Castorice is a returning Remembrance character since her release in version 3.2. She is the premium Main DPS option for the max HP based teams and is the core of the full Remembrance team.

Castorice’s skill kit and abilities is extremely simple in concept: reduce or recover her and the team’s HP in order to charge up her Ultimate as quickly as possible to allow Castorice to summon her Memosprite. Once her Memosprite is on the field, it will be able to deal extremely powerful HP-based multi-instances damage to all enemies on the field by consuming its own HP. Once its HP bar reaches 0, the Memosprite will self-destruct, dealing massive amounts of damage to all enemies.
Castorice’s core gimmick makes her the best HP-based DPS character in the game, taking advantage of both HP reduction and HP recovery effects from her allies to help her deal massive amounts of damage with virtually little to no drawbacks as long as you have a good healer in the team.
Rolling Priority: 10/10, A Must Pull. Castorice is one of the top DPS in the game and is one of the most powerful and versatile characters with the potential to clear almost all endgame contents in HSR with ease. Having her in your account also grants the special global passive that prevents allies from falling in battle once every battle, making rolling for her a pure net positive for your account.
Tribbie
Tribbie is a 5-star Harmony character that is making their return after quite a bit of time. Their main gimmick revolves around increasing all allies’ Resistance Penetration Rate as well as increasing the damage taken by all enemies, while also supplementing all allies with constant follow-up attacks.

Tribbie’s gameplay is fairly simple but effective, with their skill and Ultimate providing powerful damage boosting buffs to allies, massively boosting the team’s damage output with them on the field. Tribbie’s ability to use their AoE Follow Up Attacks on enemies whenever an ally uses their Ultimate and charges up Tribbie’s own Ultimate extremely quickly makes them a perfect Harmony to run the special Dance! Dance! Dance! Lightcone to quicken allies’ action.
Rolling Priority: 9/10. Tribbie offers immense values for various Max HP-based and AoE damaging teams and can help to boost the team’s action value immensely. If you intend on building a HP-based team with Mydei or Castorice or an AoE team like The Herta’s team, rolling for Tribbie is extremely recommended.
Hyacine
Hyacine is a returning Remembrance character whose main gimmick boils down mainly to 1 thing: she heals A LOT.

Hyacine’s Skill, Ultimate and Memosprite ability all allow her to heal all allies by a massive amount while also offer various beneficial effects that a healer need to have like debuff cleanses and a powerful Max HP buff. She can also deal damage to all enemies based on the total amount she healed allies during the battle when she uses her Ultimate.
Rolling Priority: 8/10. For Remembrance only teams and for HP-based teams, Hyacine is one of the best sustain options in the game, offering immense value with her extremely powerful heals and her ability to boost all allies’ Max HP. That being said, due to her main gimmick being healing a lot, if you already have a good healer for endgame contents, rolling for Hyacine shouldn’t be a priority. However, having her in your account makes surviving in endgame contents very comfortable.

Version 3.7 First Phase Lightcone Banners – Which Banner To Roll On
Together with the release of the 4 different character banners, 4 different lightcone banners will accompany their characters, featuring their signature lightcones.
Cyrene Signature Lightcone – This Love, Forever

Effect: Increases the wearer’s SPD by 18%. When the wearer’s memosprite uses a Memosprite Skill on an ally, gains “Blank,” which increases DMG taken by all enemies by 10%. When the wearer’s memosprite uses a Memosprite Skill on an enemy, gains “Verse,” which increases CRIT DMG of all allies by 16%. When the wearer’s memosprite has both “Blank” and “Verse,” increases the effects of “Blank” and “Verse” by 60%.
Cyrene’s signature lightcone offers a massive speed boost and allows her to further support the team by increasing the entire team’s critical damage and increasing the damage taken by all enemies.
Pulling Priority: 10/10 for Cyrene, 6/10 for other characters. This lightcone is only good on Cyrene as other Remembrance characters can’t really trigger both of the effects of the Lightcone, making it so that you can only take advantage of 1 of the 2 effects. For Cyrene, however, this lightcone is extremely valuable as it helps Cyrene to cycle her action much faster while also skyrocketing her support capabilities by a massive amount, helping to elevate her to an extremely strong support character.
Castorice Signature Lightcone – Make Farewells More Beautiful

Effect: Increases the wearer’s Max HP by 30%. When the wearer or their memosprite loses HP during their own turn, the wearer gains “Death Flower.” “Death Flower” allows the wearer and their memosprite to ignore 30% of the target’s DEF when dealing DMG, lasting for 2 turn(s).
When the wearer’s memosprite disappears, advances the wearer’s action by 12% . This effect can only trigger up to 1 time, and the trigger count resets every time the wearer uses Ultimate.
This lightcone massively improves Castorice’ damage output by providing her with a lot of HP stats in addition to allowing her to ignore a portion of the enemies’ defense while attacking. The lightcone also fixes Castorice’s slow speed problem by advancing her action when her Memosprite disappears.
Pulling Priority: 10/10 For Castorice, 5/10 for other characters. This Lightcone is tailor made for Castorice and the only other character that can take advantage of the lightcone aside from her is Evernight, whose Lightcone is infinitely better, therefore, if you don’t have Castorice, it is not worth rolling for this Lightcone. If you have Castorice, this Lightcone is extremely good and improves her damage output immensely, so getting it for her is very important.
Tribbie Signature Lightcone – If Time Were a Flower

Effect: Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 36%. After the wearer launches Follow-up ATK, additionally regenerates 12 Energy and gains “Presage,” lasting for 2 turn(s). While the wearer has “Presage,” all ally targets’ CRIT DMG increases by 48%. When entering battle, the wearer regenerates 21 Energy and gains “Presage,” lasting for 2 turn(s).
This lightcone offers Tribbie a hefty critical damage boost as well as allowing them to regenerate energy much faster after their follow up attacks. This lightcone also helps to boost Tribbie’s support ability by providing a strong critical damage boost to all allies.
Pulling Priority: 8/10 For Tribbie, 6/10 for other characters. While this lightcone is an extremely good stat stick for different Harmony characters, its ability only triggers for characters that have follow up attacks in their kit, which a majority of Harmony characters don’t have. For Tribbie, this lightcone is a good damage boost for them, however, depending on the build, Tribbie much prefers to have Dance! Dance! Dance! as their main Lightcone option to help quicken the team’s pace in endgame contents whenever they use their Ultimate.
Hyacine Signature Lightcone – Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky

Effect: Increases the wearer’s SPD by 18%. When the wearer uses Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, consumes all allies’ HP equal to 1% of their current HP, and after the next attack of the wearer’s memosprite, enables it to additionally deal 1 instance of Additional DMG equal to 250% of the total consumed HP to the attacked target, with the damage type based on the memosprite’s type. Then, the total consumed HP is reset. When the wearer’s memosprite uses Memosprite Skill, increases the DMG taken by all enemies by 18%, lasting for 2 turn(s). Effects of the same type cannot stack.
This lightcone essentially further boosts Hyacine’s powerful sustain and support capability by enabling her to reduce a portion of all allies’ Max HP whenever she acts, which is healed immediately. This makes it so that allies that gain benefits from having their Max HP drained can get an additional source of HP reduction. Additionally, this lightcone offers Hyacine a good Speed boost and helps increase the damage taken by all enemies, further boosting her support capability.
Pulling Priority: 10/10 For Hyacine, 9/10 for other characters. One of the most powerful Lightcone in the game that all other Remembrance characters in the game can take advantage of due to its immensely powerful effects. Having this lightcone on any Remembrance characters in a HP based team helps to open the door for more HP reduction effect for characters like Castorice, Mydei, Blade, etc. who take full advantage of their HP being drained. Hyacine is the best wearer of the lightcone, but all other remembrance support characters can wield it to enhance their team support abilities.
