Effect: ATK is increased by 12%. When the wielder casts Intro Skill or inflicts Negative Status, they gain 8% Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus, stacking up to 3 times for 15s. At max stacks, when Resonators in the team inflict Negative Status, grants 24% All-Attribute DMG Bonus for 15s. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked.

The Kumokiri offers Chisa a massive amount of important stats and a strong Liberation damage boost, essentially boosting all of her kit’s damage output by a large margin. In addition, the weapon’s passive to grant all Attribute Damage increase when an ally inflicts a negative status effect will also prove to be an amazing boon for any Negative Status teams.
Aside from Chisa, however, other broadblade users can’t take full advantage of the weapon’s passive and can only use it as mainly a stat stick.
Phoebe’s Signature Weapon Luminous Hymn
Effect: Increase ATK by 12%. Dealing DMG to enemies with Spectro Frazzle gives 14% Basic Attack and 14% Heavy Attack DMG Bonus respectively, stacking up to 3 times for 6s. Casting Outro Skill Amplifies the DMG from Spectro Frazzle on enemies around the active Resonator by 30% for 30s. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked.
Pull Rating: 9/10 For Phoebe, 4/10 for others.
For Phoebe, this weapon offers a good amount of stats and damage boosting abilities whenever she attacks enemies inflicted with Spectro Frazzle, allowing her to maximize her damage output. The secondary passive also maximizes her sub DPS support ability by amplifying the damage taken by Spectro Frazzle inflicted enemies for the next Resonator.
For others, this weapon is nothing more than a stat stick as there’s no other Rectify users that can make use of the weapon’s passive aside from Phoebe.

Wuthering Waves Version 2.8 Second Phase Rate Up Banners – Which Banner To Roll On

With her Resonance Liberation, she can summon Hecate onto the field to deal damage to enemies even when she is off field, allowing her to deal massive amounts of Echo Skill Damage to enemies.

Phrolova’s damage output is exceptionally high as a main DPS character meant to carry the Havoc element in the game. Coupled this with her easy to use skill kit makes Phrolova a good choice to roll for if you want to invest in a Havoc team.
Cantarella
Cantarella is a 5-star Havoc Resonator that serves as the sub-DPS sustain option for the Havoc team in Wuthering Waves. She uses a rectifier as her main weapon and specializes in supplementing allies’ damage with her off-field coordinated attacks and healing allies.
Cantarella’s main gimmick lies in her ability to deal off field coordinated attacks alongside the main DPS on field while providing healing and a Resonance Skill buff for the main DPS after she uses her Outro Skill. She works best in a quick swap team where players can quickly use up her combo to inflict special crowd control debuffs on enemies, then uses her outro skill and Resonance LIberation to buff the main DPS of the team.
Cantarella’s main team is the mono Havoc team alongside Phrolova and she is Phrolova’s best support sub DPS character, making her an essential part of the Havoc team if you want to play with Phrolova.

While her skill kit is very simple to use, Cantarella’s main partner is Phrolova, with her skill kit only truly shining when in the same team as Phrolova. Therefore, if you want to make a Havoc team for Phrolova,you should roll for Cantarella. If not, in general content, Cantarella can’t really compete with other off field DPS options like Zhezhi or other sustain support options like Shorekeeper and Chisa.

Cantarella’s Signature Weapon Whispers of Sirens
Effect: Increases ATK by 12%. Casting Echo Skill within 10s after casting Intro Skill or Basic Attacks grants 1 stacks of Gentle Dream. Echoes with the same name can only trigger this effect once, stacking up to 2 times, lasting for 10s. When reaching 2 stacks, casting Echo Skill no longer resets the duration of this effect. This effect activates up to once per 10s. Switching to another Resonator ends this effect early. With 1 stack: Grants 40% Basic Attack DMG Bonus. With 2 stacks: Ignores 12% of the target’s Havoc RES.
Pull Rating: 8/10 on Cantarella, 5/10 on others.
A strong weapon that maximizes Cantarella’s own damage output by providing her with a lot of important stats and allow her to ignore a portion of the enemies’ Havoc Resistances. However, Cantarella can use other weapons as substitutes depending on her build and this weapon’s passive is very hard to trigger for other Resonators, making it only a stat stick for others as well.
