While the wearer has “Umbra Devourer,” increases ATK by 40% and reduces all enemies’ DEF by 12%. Effects of the same kind cannot stack.

– Herta Shop Elation Lightcone:

Elation Brimming With Blessings

Effect: Increases the wearer’s ATK by 20%. After the wearer uses their Skill or Ultimate on one ally character, increases the target’s Elation stat by 12% for 2 turn(s).

Together with the new lightcones and new elation patch, 2 brand new ornament sets will also be introduced during the version 4.1 update patch, 1 for Follow Up Attack team and 1 for the Elation team:

– Punklorde Stage Zero: Increases the wearer’s Elation by 10%. When Elation reaches 40%/80% for the first time in battle, increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 20%/30%.

– City of Myriad Forms: When the wearer uses a Follow-Up ATK, their ATK increases by 24% for 2 turn(s). When an enemy target is defeated, increases CRIT DMG for all allies by 12% for the rest of the current battle. This effect cannot stack.
