General Introduction

Augusta is a 5-star Resonator of the Electro element and wields a broadblade as her main weapon. She is a very unique character in that she mainly deals damage through her powerful on field heavy attacks and has the ability to completely stop time for a set duration, allowing you to bypass some of the game’s endgame contents’ timer.

Skill Analysis & Leveling Priority

	Basic Attack: Deal Electro Damage to Enemies. Heavy Attack: Consume Stamina to Deal Electro Damage to enemies. Enhanced Heavy Attack: When Prowess is maxed, consume all Prowess points to deal enhanced Electro Damage to enemies.
	Leveling Priority: Highest
Normal Attack
Reason: Augusta’s main damage output comes from her Heavy Attacks, so leveling this up will optimize her damage output.

	Deal Electro damage to enemies. During its duration, press Augusta’s basic attack to activate Resonance Skill Leap and deal an additional instance of Electro Damage to enemies.
	Leveling Priority: Medium
Resonance Skill
Reason: Augusta wants to use her Skill during her normal combo in order to activate her Resonance Liberation, so leveling this up will help to boost her overall damage output.

	When Ascendancy points are maxed, consume all points to deal an enhanced Electro damage instance to enemies and gain 1 stack of Majesty. This damage is considered Heavy Attack Damage. When Augusta has 2 stacks of Majesty, she can activate her Resonance Liberation. Majesty can be gained by activating her Enhanced Resonance Skill and by activating her Outro Skill ability which allows an ally to grant Augusta a stack of Majesty when they use their Outro Skill.
	Leveling Priority: High
Forte Circuit
Reason: Leveling her Forte Circuit up improves Augusta’s enhanced Resonance Skill Damage, which is considered Heavy Attack Damage, helping her do deal more damage during her damage rotation.

	Press Liberation: Deal Electro damage to enemies. Hold Liberation: Can only be used when Augusta has 2 stacks of Majesty and consumes all stacks. Upon activation, Augusta stops time on the battlefield. During this time, Augusta can only do certain special enhanced attacks against enemies, dealing massive amounts of Heavy Attack Damage to enemies.  Players can not perform Resonator Switching while this is active, however, Resonator’s Intro Skills can still be used and when used, The Resonator gains shield.
	Leveling Priority: Highest
Resonance Liberation
Reason: Augusta’s main damage window, with leveling this up massively enhances the damage she can unleash during this special time stop duration, making this the highest priority ability players should level up.

	Deals Electro Damage to enemies.
	Leveling Priority: Low
Intro Skill
Reason: A simple instance of Electro damage to enemies when Augusta takes the field.

	When Augusta deals damage, she gains a shield equal to 350 + 2.5% of her Max HP for 5s, triggered once every 0.5s. This effect is unstackable. This Shield will not be passed on to the incoming Resonator.
	Unlock Priority: High
Inherent Skill 1
Reason: An incredible self sustain ability that allows Augusta to activate her preferred Echoes Set effect. This ability needs to be unlocked as soon as possible.

	When Augusta is out of combat for over 4s, she gains the following effects that can be triggered once every 4s:- If Majesty is less than 1 stack, restore 1 stack.- Fully restore Crown of Wills.

Inherent Skill 2
Reason: An amazing ability that grants Augusta an Electro damage buff in addition to granting her an unconditional stack of Majesty to allow her to use her Resonance Liberation much faster.

Playstyle Guide & Rotation

Augusta’s playstyle lies in her ability to deal massive amounts of Heavy Attack Damage to enemies while she is on the field, especially during her Resonance Liberation.

Augusta has 2 different types of resources she needs to manage: Prowess and Ascendancy. Prowess is gained whenever she deals damage with her basic attacks and when her Prowess is full, Augusta can deal enhanced Heavy Attack Damage to enemies and gains Majesty. Ascendancy is gained whenever Augusta takes the field using her Intro Skill or deals damage with her attacks, and once Ascendancy is filled, Augusta can use her Enhanced Resonance Skill and gain Majesty. Once Augusta has 2 Majesty stacks, she can use her Resonance Liberation.

While Resonance Liberation is active, Augusta completely stops time on the battlefield for the duration of the Liberation, meaning even endgame contents’ timer will be stopped. During this time, Augusta can only use her Enhanced Heavy Attacks to deal damage to enemies and players can’t switch her off the field, making this essentially her solo mode where players can do as much damage as possible within a short time window. 

Augusta Best In Slot & F2P Weapons

As Augusta is a Main DPS character, she wants weapons that can provide her with as many offensive stats as possible in addition to special effects that boost her Heavy Attack Damage. It is important to note that due to the unique nature of Augusta’s kit, she is heavily reliant on premium weapons, with F2P weapons causing a significant drop in her performance overall.

Sub DPS/ Support: Iuno is Augusta’s best teammate due to her ability to amplify Augusta’s Elemental Damage, Heavy Attack Damage and help to restore Augusta’s HP and Stamina when her domain is up.
