Suisui’s skill kit focuses around her recovering Stillness points through her various attacks in order to allow her to activate her enhanced Resonance Skill, allowing her to enter the Cleansing Rain state and deal more damage. She can also inflict Glacio Chafe onto enemies and enhances the Negative Statuses effects when she has her Resonance Liberation Zone up.
Upon attacking enemies, Suisui will accumulate Stillness points, which, once maxed, allow her to activate her enhanced Resonance Skill to allow her to enter the special Cleansing Rain State.
