Arknights: Endfield Version 1.1 Character Banners – Best Banners To Roll On
Why You Should Choose Which Banners To Roll On
With the release of Arknights: Endfield Version 1.1 Update Patch, 2 brand new character banners will be releasing, featuring the release of the 6-star Cryo Caster Operator Tangtang and the 6-star Physical Guard Operator Rossi. Both of these operators have their own unique playstyle and skill kits that allows them to fit into different team comps.
Both of the characters banners will last for a total of 17 days, with Tangtang banner being available in the version’s first phase and Rossi banner being available in the version’s second phase. Due to this short period between banners and the limited amount of pulls players can get in order to get these characters guaranteed at 120 pulls, it is very important for players to budget their pulls properly in order to get the needed 120 pulls to get either of these characters.
For the update patch, players will be able to get around 80 pulls from exploration, quests and various events, meaning you will only be able to roll for either of these characters during the update patch if you don’t have left over funds. Therefore, budgeting and planning to roll for the better Operator is highly recommended.
Tangtang
Tangtang is a 6-star Operator of the Caster Class and Cryo Element. She wields dual handcannons as her main weapons and specializes in both enabling various Cryo team comps’ playstyle through her amazing Cryo Infliction ability and dealing amazing damage to enemies as a potential main and sub DPS for Cryo teams.

Tangtang is a very interesting and versatile Operator, with her amazing ability to inflict Cryo Infliction stacks on enemies by summoning Watersprouts onto the battlefield with her Battle Skill. Once enemies are hit with Watersprouts, they will be inflicted with Cryo Infliction stacks, or if they already have Cryo Infliction Stacks, they will instead be inflicted with Arts Susceptibility, making them take more arts damage overall. This ability helps Tangtang to become an amazing enabler and support Operator for most Cryo centric team comps.
Additionally, Tangtang’s combo skill and Ultimate offer amazing crowd control abilities for the entire team in addition to allowing her to deal powerful Cryo damage by herself. Whenever a Cryo Infliction stack is applied, Tangtang can activate her Combo skill and summon a whirlpool that sucks enemies in, helping to crowd control large groups of enemies for the team. When using her Ultimate, Tangtang has the special ability to stop time in a large area, rendering enemies immobilized for a period of time, offering amazing utility for different team combos during this time.
Pull Rating: 9/10. An Amazingly Powerful Cryo Enabler and Support Character.
With how amazingly versatile and powerful Tangtang’s skill kit is, with her amazing ability to apply Cryo Infliction stacks, Arts Susceptibility, powerful crowd controlling abilities and her above average damage output for a support unit, Tangtang serves as an incredible and core member of many different Cryo element teams.
Having Tangtang in a Cryo team helps the team a lot both in terms of damage output and in terms of support effects, helping to elevate the overall usability of various Cryo teams. Therefore, if players are interested in investing in a Cryo team, rolling for Tangtang is highly recommended, especially if you have Yvonne.
Other Available Limited Characters: During this banner period, 3 other limited 6-star Operators will also be in the operator pool: Laevetain, Gilberta and Yvonne. Please note that this is the last banner to feature Laevetain in the summoning pool and after this she will be gone from the summoning pool until further notice, so if players want to try rolling for her, this is your last chance.
Rossi
Rossi is a 6-star Operator of the Guard class and Physical attribute. She uses a sword as her main weapon type and is a very interesting Physical and Heat Hybrid DPS character.

Unlike most other operators whose abilities and skill kit is designed to support and deal damage in 1 single element, Rossi is the first Operator whose skill kit is divided into 2 different elements, with her Battle Skill and Combo Skill being Physical Damage, while her Ultimate deals Heat Elemental damage. She is a very unique character that bridges the gap between 2 different teams, allowing different elemental Operators to work together.
Rossi’s Battle Skill allows her to inflict Vulnerabilility on enemies while dealing Physical damage to them, helping to facilitate different Physical team’s playstyle. When the enemy is inflicted with both an elemental infliction and vulnerability, Rossi can use her Combo Skill to deal damage to enemies, inflicting an additional stack of Vulnerability onto them. When using her Combo skill, if players time her Combo skill correctly, she will deal an additional instance of damage and inflict additional Vulnerability stacks on enemies.
When using her Ultimate, Rossi will deal Heat damage to enemies within her range, dealing additional damage based on her critical stats. This ability makes her a viable candidate for a Heat Sub DPS character in a Heat team.
Pull Rating: 7/10. An Interesting But Difficult To Use Operator.
While Rossi’s skill kit and abilities are very interesting, the fact that she is a hybrid operator between 2 different elements make her very awkward to use in a proper team comp, meaning players will need to go out of their way to make an entirely new team for her if you want her to work.
Additionally, due to her hybrid nature, it is very difficult to find good gear pieces with good stats that fulfill her stat needs, with her needing both Physical and Heat Damage in addition to critical stats in order to be at maximum potential.
Therefore, if players are willing to invest into an entire team for Rossi and like her a lot, it is okay to roll for her. However, as things are right now, she has too many restrictions and downside that holds her back overall for general players to roll for.
Other Available Limited Characters: During this banner period, 3 other limited 6-star Operators will also be in the operator pool: Gilberta, Yvonne and Tangtang. Please note that this is the last banner to feature Gilberta in the summoning pool and after this she will be gone from the summoning pool until further notice, so if players want to try rolling for her, this is your last chance. Gilberta is also a perfect partner to go alongside Rossi, so this is the last chance for players to attempt to roll for her to complete the synergy duo.
Arknights: Endfield Version 1.1 Weapon Banners – Best Banners To Roll On
Alongside their rate up banners, both Tangtang’s and Rossi’s Signature Weapons will also be on rate up for a limited time. However, unlike the character banners, these weapon banners will last for the length of 3 different character banners, meaning players will have at least 1 month to try and get these weapons from the limited rate up weapon banners.
Tangtang Signature Weapon – Brigand’s Calling

Main Stat: 505 Attack
Sub Stat #1: 156 Agility
Sub Stat #2: 39.0% Attack

Both effects apply independently and neither can be stacked.
Pull Rating: 9/10. A Good Generic Cryo Weapon.
This weapon is an amazing weapon for any Cryo Handcannon user since it not only boosts the Cryo damage output of the wielder but also makes enemies take more Arts damage if the wielder can apply Arts Susceptibility onto enemies.
