Arknights: Endfield 1.3 & 1.4 Upcoming Future Characters – Everything You Need To Know

Alongside the announcements and the release of Arknights: Endfield version 1.2 Update Patch and the brand new Operator Zhuang Fangyi, during the announcement livestream, the developers have also teased the next 3 upcoming Operators in the game, most likely the characters that will be released in Arknights: Endfield version 1.3 and version 1.4:

Mysterious Vampire Male Character

The first teased character that is coming to Arknights: Endfield that was revealed during the livestream was a mysterious Male Character whose appearances and motif heavily reminds players of a Vampire.

From general leaked sources and other rumored information, this male character’s name is most likely Camille and he is most likely a Sarkaz, and more specifically, a Vampire. Vampires in Arknights Lore is a sub species of the Sarkaz and is a long-life species capable of controlling blood and resurrecting the dead. Additionally, they are proficient in using a special type of arts to enhance others with their blood effects, strengthening others arts abilities.

Form initial teaser, it is very likely that Camille is related to the Vampire’s blood crown and might be even related to the leader of the Vampires in Arknights – Sanguinarch. Though it is not clear yet what role he will have in Arknights: Endfield as an operator.

In terms of gameplay, Camille’s element and weapon type have yet to be revealed, however, from what we can infer, it is very likely that he will be a character that uses an arts unit as his main weapon type and is very likely a Heat Character based on his color scheme. He might turn out to be a Heat Infliction support for the Heat team to replace or supplement Wulfgard in the Heat Team for Laevatain team.

Mi Fu

The second teased character coming to Arknights: Endfield is a very familiar character that players have been meeting and interacting with for the entirety of the Wuling Main Story – Mi Fu

Mi Fu is a supporting character during the main story of Wuling and is the leader of the Wuling City’s watchguards. She is a character that originates from the Qingbo Stockade but is a character that is mainly associated with Wuling City. She has a rivalry and friendly relationship with the supreme leader of the Qingbo Stockade – Tangtang. Additionally, from hints throughout the story, it is very likely that Mi Fu is a Sankta, possibly a Anaxa if her being called a Sankta by NPCs is correct. However, this is still up for debate.

From initial teasers, Mi Fu wields a pair of dual gauntlets as her main weapons, making it very likely that her main weapon will be either Arts Unit or a Broadblade. She is very likely to be a Physical character, though it is very difficult to know if she is going to be a Sub DPS or a Main DPS character for the physical team.

13th Sui Proxy 

The last character to be teased during the announcement livestream is a very vibrant looking girl, most likely the very important 13th Sui Proxy mentioned constantly throughout the lore of Wuling city in Arknights: Endfield.

Sui is a Feranmut, i.e. a type of god in the Arknights universe who splitted himself into 12 different fragments in the Arknights main story, known collectively as the 12 Sui Proxies or more commonly known as the 12 Sui Siblings. However, from the files in Arknights: Endfield, it seems that there exist a 13th Sui Proxy that has never been seen before, with the ability to manipulate space and time through her “scrolls”. The character teased in the livestream is very likely to be this 13th Sui Fragment, with her vibrant color, dragon tail and horns as well as an uncanny resemblance to the other Sui Proxies. Of course, we don’t know the exact origin of this 13th Sui Proxy yet, however, it is very likely that she is a digital construct or something that was made by the other Sui Siblings.

Based on her color scheme and overall demeanor, it is very likely that this brand new character will be a character of the Nature element and is most likely the missing Nature main DPS character that many players are waiting for. Of course, this is just speculation so players should take this with a grain of salt.

Arcane

Aside from the 3 brand new characters teased during the 1.2 livestream, we also have an additional character that will most likely become playable in the foreseeable future – Arcane.

Arcane showed up as an Enfield Operator in the 1.2 Main Story to aid the squad in clearing out the disaster. She has the ability to summon flying staff that are capable of dealing lightning damage to enemies in her way. 

She is very likely to be a Lightning character in Endfield and might be released after the other 3 teased characters. 

Arknights: Endfield 1.3 & 1.4 Upcoming Future Characters Banners

Now that we have gone over the newly teased characters, let’s see when these characters will most likely be released in Arknights: Endfield as officially playable operators:

Confirmed – Version 1.3 Characters

During the upcoming version 1.3 Update Patch for Arknights: Endfield, players will be able to meet and roll for 2 of the newly teased characters – Camille and Mi Fu.

This fact is basically confirmed through an official poster leak for the Version 1.3 Key Visual that the developers accidentally posted on social media. The poster featured both Camille and Mi Fu as featured characters front and center, making it very clear that they will be the featured characters on this version.

It is very likely that Camille will be the 1st banner character while Mi Fu will be the 2nd banner character, however, we will need to wait for official confirmation to be sure about the banner order.

Speculation – Version 1.4 Characters

After the version 1.3 Update, it is very likely that the 13th Sui Proxy will be the one on banner next due to how she was teased alongside Camille and Mi Fu during the livestream.

It is still unsure if this character will have the same treatment as Zhuang Fangyi and become the patch’s dedicated featured character and has a 35 days banner for herself. However, this is very likely to happen as she is a very important character for the Wuling main story.
