Rita is a 5-star Character of the Justice Affinity and Psionic Class. She specializes in creating and utilizing high cost attack cards in the hand to deal amazing damage to enemies. She mitigates her own AP need with her own unique mechanic and can deal more damage to enemies the higher the total cost of the cards in the hand is, allowing her to nuke enemies with ease.

Chaos Zero Nightmare Rita

Rita’s main gameplay revolves around 2 main gimmicks: her special Chronicle and Chronal Ascension stacks and her ability to deal more damage proportional to card costs in the hand.

Rita’s main gimmick lies in her special Chronicle and Chronal Ascension stacks, which can be used to substitute for AP for Rita’s cards, allowing her to spam her high cost cards with little to no problems. Whenever high cost cards are used by allies, Rita will gain Chronicle stacks proportional to the amount of AP used, stacking up to 6 stacks. At the end of the turn, she will convert the Chronicle stacks into Chronal Ascension stacks, with each stack equalling to 1 AP that only Rita can use, allowing her to use cards without consuming the team’s AP.

Rita’s damage output mainly comes from her special high cost cards, which she can create large amounts of. After creating multiple copies of her 2-cost attack cards, whenever they are used, the cost of other 2-cost attack cards from Rita will increase by 1, allowing Rita to gain a lot of powerful Attack Cards that can go up to 9 cost. Once this is achieved, players can use Rita’s special damage card, which deals damage to enemies proportional to the total amount of Card Cost in the hand, allowing Rita to deal a massive nuke instance of damage to enemies and clear her cards. Additionally, Rita’s Skill card can help automatically activate these high cost cards, helping to mitigate her overall AP consumption massively.

In essence. Rita wants to be in a team that can reliably use AP every turn to help her generate her Chronicle stacks and allow her to use her special Chronal Ascension stacks to use her high cost attack cards, setting her for her powerful nuke card that can destroy enemies.

Some of Rita best teams are:

RitaNineTiphera
Main DPSSub DPS/ SupportSupport/ Sustain

This team makes Rita the team’s main DPS character by utilizing Nine’s ability to spam her high cost attack cards every turn, allowing Rita to gain consistent Chronicle, allowing Rita to gain frequent Chronal Ascension at the start of every turn to help her deal powerful damage to enemies. Additionally, since Rita’s damage increase proportional the entire hand’s Card Cost, having Nine with a constant 3-cost card helps boost her damage output overall. Tiphera is in the team to help boost the team’s overall damage with her amazing Archetype cards and provide Rita with additional AP when necessary.

RitaHaruMika
Main DPSSub DPS/ SupportSupport/ Sustain

Functioning somewhat similarly to the Rita and Nine team, this team focuses on providing Rita with as much AP as possible in a single turn in order to allow her to use multiple of her high cost cards or allow Haru to use her powerful Anchor shots to help provide Rita with Chronicle. as possible by constantly moving the Anchor Shot cards into the hand. Similar to Nine, Haru can also provide the team with a moveable high cost card in the form of her Anchor Shot in addition to being able to deal decent damage by herself and additionally help the team deal with stages that need AoE damage. Mika is the team’s go to support with her ability to generate a large amount of AP consistently every turn.
