Vodyanitsa is an upcoming 5-Star character of the Hydro element that wields a catalyst as her main weapon. Her gimmick revolves around transforming into a mermaid to deal damage to enemies and summoning her microphone companion to deal off-field Hydro damage to enemies, allowing her to enable various Hydro, Cryo and Stellar-Swirl centric team comps.

Vodyanitsa’s skill kit is relatively simple but effective in nature, with her abilities granting allies off-field Hydro application and important buffs such as increased interruption and healing, while also debuffing enemies by reducing their Cryo, Hydro and Anemo Resistances.

Vodyanitsa’s main skill is her Elemental Skill, which allows her to turn into a mermaid for  a period of time to attack enemies and deal Hydro damage to them, then change into a performance microphone state. In this microphone performance state, a microphone will periodically attack nearby enemies alongside the active character while Voyanitsa is off-field, dealing Hydro damage to the enemies and reducing their Hydro and Cryo Resistances. While the microphone state is active, the active character will receive increased interruption resistance and will be healed periodically.

Thanks to her talents, Vodyanitsa can also help the Stellar-Swirl Elemental Reaction team by turning all Anemograna on the field into Mutated Anemograna, which reduces the Anemo resistances of enemies it hits. Additionally, whenever Vodyanitsa enters the Microphone state, she will also grant the entire party a stack-based buff that increases the Cryo, Hydro and Stellar-Swirl Damage output of the team proportional to Vodynaitsa’s Max HP. These buffs function similarly to how Shenhe’s talisman works, with the team’s Hydro, Cryo and Stellar-Swirl damage instances reducing the buff stacks. These special buffs affect both the on-field character and off-field characters, helping to maximize the damage output of the entire team.

Vesna is an upcoming 5-Star character of the Anemo element that wields a sword as her main weapon. She specializes in dealing constant Anemo and Stellar-Swirl damage to enemies while being supported by other members in the team.

Vesna’s skill kit focuses around her ability to enter her special Spirit Blade state to deal massive amounts of Anemo damage to enemies with her special 3-stages Elemental Skills and gaining special benefits whenever she triggers the Stellar-Swirl Elemental Reaction.

Vesna’s main skill is her Elemental Skill, which allows her to deal an instance of Anemo damage to enemies and help her enters the Spirit Blade State. While in this state, all of Vesna’s normal and charge attacks will be infused with Anemo and she will also summon a Spirit Blade to aid her in battle, generating 2 Spirit Blade Force when activating. By consuming Spirit Blade Force, Vesna will be able to launch a powerful enhanced Elemental Skill alongside the Spirit Blade against the enemies, dealing powerful damage to them. If she continues to consume Spirit Blade Force, she will enter the second stage of the enhanced Elemental Skill and deal even more damage. This can be continued to the Enhanced Elemental Skill’s 3rd stage attack by consuming a 3rd Spirit Blade Force before she exits the Spirit Blade State.

Vesna can perform a maximum of 3 stages of Enhanced Elemental Skill before she is forced to end her Spirit Blade State by consuming a total of 3 Spirit Blade Force. 2 Spirit Blade Force will be granted to her when she activates her Elemental Skill, while the 3rd Spirit Blade Force is granted when she uses her Elemental Burst, dealing massive amounts of Anemo damage to enemies and granting her 1 stack of Spirit Blade Force.

Whenever an ally trigger a Cryo Swirl, if Vesna is in the team, she will convert it into a Stellar-Swirl Elemental Reaction and enter the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state, allowing her abilities to gain additional Stellar related effects that change her damage from Anemo to Stellar-Swirl damage.

Brand New Weapons and Artifact Sets

With the release of the brand new characters Vodyanitsa and Vesna, their signature weapons will also be releasing alongside them as well:

– Vodyanitsa’s signature weapon:

Sub Stat: 66.2% HP

Effect: Increases Healing Bonus by 8%.

When the equipping character performs healing, they receive 1 stack of the “Hymn of the Water Imp” effect, which increases their Max HP by 5%. Additionally, every 1,000 Max HP the equipping character has over 40,000 will also increase the active character’s ATK by 0.25%, up to 5% in total.

Hymn of the Water Imp lasts 8s, max 3 stacks. Each stack’s duration is independent of the others’.

When a nearby party member triggers a Frozen or Stellar Swirl reaction, any currently active instances of Hymn of the Water Imp, as well as any instances that come into effect within the next 5s, become “Triumph of the Water Imp” instead, which further increases Max HP and ATK by 75%.

The aforementioned effects can trigger even when the equipping character is not on the field.

– Vesna’s signature weapon:

Sub Stat: 44.1% Crit Damage

Effect: The equipping character becomes the center of attention when they use their Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, and gains different Attention effects:

Blazing Attention: CRIT DMG is increased by 48% for the next 10s;

Dazzling Attention: Stellar Swirl reaction DMG is increased by 28% for the next 10s;

Radiant Attention: Regenerates 3 Elemental Energy.

Each trigger applies one of the above effects, cycling through the sequence above.
