General Information
Mitya is an upcoming 5-Star Character of the Electro Element and wields a Catalyst as his main weapon. He specializes in being both an Electro Enabler for the Stellar-Conduct team as well as filling the role as the team’s main Stellar-Conduct DPS character based on his Energy Device’s different modes.

Mitya Skill Kit
– Basic Attack: Performs a maximum of 3 attacks that deal Electro DMG.
– Charge Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to deal AoE Electro DMG after a short casting time.
If the Energy Device is in Collapse Mode and has at least 1 Polestar Prism, Mitya’s Charged Attack will be replaced by the special Charged Attack Prism Detonation, which consumes no Stamina: After dealing AoE Electro DMG once, it will continuously consume Polestar Prisms. Each Prism consumed deals 1 instance of AoE Electro DMG that is considered Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG.
– Elemental Skill: Deals Electro DMG and generates an Energy Device in different modes, depending on whether it was tapped or held.
While the Energy Device is in Stable Mode, if a Polestar Prism is generated beyond the maximum number Mitya can have, that Prism will be consumed to trigger Prism Surge, dealing 1 instance of AoE Electro DMG that is considered Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG;
When the Stable Mode Energy Device disappears, all Polestar Prisms Mitya has will be consumed to trigger Prism Shatter, which deals 1 instance of AoE Electro DMG based on the number consumed, and is considered Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG.
– Ultimate: Using precise calculations, Mitya triggers an explosion that deals AoE Electro DMG, then generates several Polestar Prisms.
– Passive Talent 1: Grants different enhancement effects based on the mode the Elemental Skill’s Energy Device is in:
Stable Mode: For each Prism Mitya has, all nearby party members gain 30 Elemental Mastery;
Collapse Mode: Upon triggering a Stellar-Conduct reaction, the effect changes to generating 1 Polestar Prism every 1.5s for 3s.
– Passive Talent 2: After being collected, Polestar Prisms will persist for 10s. Additionally, collecting a Prism increases Mitya’s CRIT Rate by 5% for 15s. Max 4 stacks. Repeated triggers refresh the duration.
– Passive Talent 3: When party members trigger Superconduct, it will be changed to Stellar-Conduct, and 1 Polestar Prism will be generated every 1.5s for 1.5s. Party members’ Base Stellar-Conduct DMG will also be increased based on Mitya’s Elemental Mastery: Every point of Elemental Mastery he has increases the Base Stellar-Conduct DMG by 0.028%. The maximum increase that can be gained this way is 14%.
Additionally, when Mitya is within a Polestar Field, he will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.
Mitya Constellation
– C1: The maximum number of Polestar Prisms Mitya can have is increased to 5. Using his Elemental Skill generates 1 Polestar Prism;
While the Energy Device is present, the active character’s CRIT DMG is increased by 50%;
Additionally, Mitya regenerates 10 Elemental Energy when a Polestar Prism is consumed. This effect can be triggered once every 8s.
– C2: While the Energy Device is on the field, opponents within the field have their Cryo RES and Electro RES decreased by 25%. The following effects are also granted based on the mode the Energy Device is in:
Stable Mode: All party members gain 100 Elemental Mastery;
Collapse Mode: The active character gains 200 Elemental Mastery.
– C4: For every 5 Polestar Prisms consumed, Mitya deals 1 additional instance of Stellar-Conduct DMG equal to 400% of his Elemental Mastery to opponents near the Energy Device.
– C6: There is a 30% chance to immediately generate 1 Polestar Prism whenever Mitya consumes a Polestar Prism via the Energy Device. Additionally, Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG dealt by all party members is Elevated by 20%.
Mitya’s Signature Weapon

Sub Stat: 88.2% Crit Dmg
Effect: Increases CRIT DMG by 24%. When the equipping character uses their Elemental Skill, they gain the Formula Association effect: Elemental Mastery increases by 48 for 20s. While this effect is active, the equipping character gains a stack of Formula Dissociation when a nearby party member triggers an Elemental Reaction: Each stack increases Elemental Mastery by a further 24, and when the Stellar-Conduct reaction is triggered, each stack of Formula Dissociation will also increase the equipping character’s Stellar-Conduct CRIT DMG by 12%. A max of 3 stacks of Formula Dissociation can be gained during each Formula Association, and using their Elemental Skill first clears existing effects.
Overall Gameplay Assessment
Mitya is a Electro main DPS character for the Stellar-Conduct team, capable of constantly generating Polarstar Prisms onto the field with his effects, then consume them with his special Energy Device to deal constant AoE Stellar-Conduct damage to enemies in a wide area.

When Mitya is in the team, whenever a Polarstar Prism is generated onto the field by applying Cryo and Electro together, they will instead be transformed into Transmutation Beacons, which can be consumed by Mitya’s special Energy Device to activate different effects.
Upon using his Elemental Skill, Mitya can summon an Energy Device onto the field in its Stable state when tapping or in its overload state by holding. In its Stable state, the Energy Device will constantly consume Transmutation Beacons to deal powerful instances of AoE Stellar-Conduct damage to enemies in a wide area. Once its duration ends, the device will consume all of the Transmutation Beacons and explode, dealing a massive amount of damage to enemies. In its overload mode, The energy device can consume a Transmutation Beacon to allow Mitya to use his enhanced Charge Attack, dealing Stellar-Conduct damage to enemies by continuously consuming Transmutation Beacons, bombarding enemies with attacks.
Finally, by using his Elemental Burst, Mitya will deal a big instance of Electro damage to enemies and generate multiple Transmutation Beacons to help him do his damage combo.
Initial Impression And Pull Advice
Mitya serves as both a Main DPS and sub DPS character for the Stellar-Conduct team, with his ability to constantly generate Polestar Prisms on the field for the team and either supply the team with good off-field Electro marks application with his Energy Device in Stable mode, or be the team’s main on-field DPS with his Device in Overload mode allowing him to deal constant damage to enemies. Mitya is a powerful Electro option to consider for the Stellar-Conduct team that will elevate the team’s damage rotation and damage output by a good margin.
