- Decide Hayabusa vs skip. If you do not play Hayabusa, do not buy October Starlight just because it is new.

- Start Layla’s mini-game on 9 October even if you are also drawing Aspirants. The Collector is free; the draw is not.

17 September fragment shop adds:
