Punishing Gray Raven Homecoming Voyage Update Rate Up Banner – Should You Pull

Alongside the update patch, players will be introduced to the patch’s main rate up character and her rate up banner. This time the new S Rank character introduced is the S Rank Ice Attacker Construct Lucia: Inverse Crown

Lucia: Inverse Crown

The main attraction of the Punishing Gray Raven 6.5 Anniversary update and another Limited Phylotree Construct, Lucia: Inverse Crown is the special S Rank Construct that will make her debut in Punishing Gray Raven as the game’s anniversary character.

Lucia: Inverse Crown is an S Rank Construct of the Ice Element and Ignition Affix. She is a Construct of the Attacker class that specializes in dealing massive amounts of both Ice and Ignition damage to enemies in a short period of time using her various sword moves, allowing her to execute highly efficient and fast-paced combo moves. Additionally, she is a Phylotree character, making her essentially a limited character in Punishing Gray Raven.

Lucia: Inverse Crown’s skill kit is a diverse skill kit, with her being able to switch between 2 different forms freely while wielding 2 different weapons: her Odachi and her Kodachi. Before entering the battlefield, players is able to choose which of the 2 forms she starts in and during the fight, she can easily switch between the 2 forms by performing certain combo moves in succession.

Lucia: Inverse Crown revolves around pinging her various signal orbs in her 2 different forms to accumulate Calamity Debts and helps her deal damage to enemies on the field in the meantime. Unlike other Constructs that can use Signature Move once they have accumulated enough energy, Lucia: Inverse Crown can only use her Signature Move upon accumulating enough Calamity Debt and by spending them. Upon using her Signature Move, Lucia: Inverse Crown can deal a massive instance of Ice or Ignition damage to enemies.

She will make her debut on the Phylotree Nexus Research banner, which shares the same rules as the normal Themed Construct banners for brand new characters previously, with only a slight difference. After this banner ends, players will not be able to obtain the S Rank Construct Lucia: Inverse Crown in any other banners or on the standard banner, and she will only be available in the future through rerun banners. This also applies to her own signature weapon and CUB, meaning if players want to fully build her, you will have to roll for her, her weapon and her CUB all at the same time or risk waiting for a long time before she returns.

Should You Roll

Yes, you should. Not only is Lucia: Inverse Crown essentially a limited character since she is only available on the Phylotree Rate Up banner, she is also a very strong Ice and Ignition DPS character, capable of dealing powerful damage in both teams and fill in the missing roles for the both teams.

Lucia: Inverse Crown overwhelming damage output and diverse skill kit in addition to her limited availability makes her a prime target for players to get and build before her banner ends.
