Insight I Every time an ally takes an extra action, Cornerstone grants self 1 stack of [Progressive Iteration] for 2 rounds. If it is a Riposte, grants 1 additional stack. At the end of the round, if self Moxie has remaining capacity, it is replenished (up to a maximum of 4 stored Moxie). | An amazing inheritance that allows Cornerstone to store her Moxie and use her Ultimate more frequently. |
Cornerstone Playstyle And Combat Role Analysis
Cornerstone’s main role in a team is to be the main DPS character for the Riposte archetype team, with her ability to actively deal damage that is considered Riposte damage to enemies while also reducing the damage taken by all allies in the team and initiate constant counterattacks against enemies that attack the team. Unlike other Riposte characters who can only counterattack whenever they are attacked by enemies, Cornerstone is more active in that she will automatically uses her skill whenever the enemy turns ends, dealing Riposte damage to them even if they didn’t attack the team. She can also buff herself up with her various abilities, allowing her to boost her own damage output massively while also reducing the enemies’ damage to the team.
Upon using her Ultimate, Cornerstone will enter a special state where all of her damage will be enhanced even further and upgrades her Riposte attack, allowing her to deal even more damage to enemies.

Rolling Recommendation
Should You Roll For Cornerstone
Not Really. While Cornerstone herself as a main DPS character is relatively strong in the current game meta, the Riposte archetype itself has a lot of flaws and not enough support for it right now, making it hard to optimize the damage output of Cornerstone. That being said, players can roll for her as an investment for the future when other Riposte support characters are released.
Should You Roll For Extra Cornerstone Portraits
Yes. As a Main DPS Carry option for an entire archetype, Cornerstone wants Portrait levels in order to improve her damage output, the higher the portrait levels, the better she will become and the more powerful she will be as a DPS character. The best investment stopping point for low spenders is at P1, but if you really like her, getting her to P4 and P5 is very recommended.
