Wuthering Waves 3.5 Yangyang: Xuanling Banner

Yangyang: Xuanling’s skill kit boils down mainly into 2 gimmicks: She can switch between 2 different forms in battle to perform different types of sword combos, dealing Heavy Attack Damage and she can inflict and consume Havoc Bane on enemies in order to strengthen her damage while in the different sword stances.

Yangyang: Xuanling has 2 different sword stances: Azure and Feather, with each sword stance allowing her to perform a set of different combos damage to enemies, dealing Heavy Attack Damage. She can switch between these two sword stance using her Resonance Skill at ease.

Upon doing her combo Yangyang: Xuanling can inflict Havoc Bane on enemies and consume stacks of Havoc Bane on enemies to enhance her Damage output, allowing her to use special Heavy Attacks with different forms thanks to her Forte Circuit. Additionally, while doing her attacks, whenever an ally inflicts Havoc Bane onto enemies, she will gain additional buffs to her damage and allows her to generate more Melody and Azure Feather stacks, which can be consumed to further enhance her damage output.

Pull Rating: 9/10 A Powerful Negative Status Main DPS Character

Yangyang: Xuanling is a very easy to use Main DPS character with a simple but effective skill kit and a gimmick that will be supported quite thoroughly in the future in the form of her Negative Status Havoc Bane playstyle. If players do not have a dedicated Havoc DPS character, getting her is highly recommended as she can be used to easily clear all of the game’s contents with ease.

Luuk Herssen

Luuk Herssen is a 5-star Resonator of the Spectro Element and he wields a pair of gauntlets as his main mode of weapon. Luuk Herssen excels at using different types of weapons to deal constant basic attacks to enemies, allowing him to enhance his basic damage output whenever he completely fills up his Forte Gauge. Additionally, Luuk Herssen enjoys massive benefits whenever Tune Break effects are triggered on enemies, allowing him to be one of the game’s primary Tune Damage main DPS characters.

Wuthering Waves 3.5 Luuk Herssen Banner

Luuk Herssen’s main damage output comes from his constant Basic Attacks, which allow him to use different types of weapons to trigger different forms of Resonance Skill effects that are considered Basic Attack Damage, dealing an amazing amount of Spectro damage to enemies. Whenever Tune Strain – Interfered effects are triggered, Luuk Herssen will gain a massive boost in overall damage modifiers, allowing him to deal even more damage, making him a very strong Main DPS character that take advantage of the game’s Tune Break effects.

Whenever Luuk Herssen attacks with basic attacks or his abilities, he will recover Ichor Flow, which can stack up to 300 points. Upon reaching maximum Ichor Flow, Luuk Herssen will enter a special enhanced mode, allowing him to use special enhanced Resonance Skill to deal Basic Attack damage to enemies and consume set amounts of Ichor Flow. When Luuk Herssen is in this special mode, he can flash forward towards enemies on the air and deal damage to them while airborne. Additionally, his damage modifiers will also be enhanced.

Pull Rating: 8/10, A Potentially Powerful Main DPS Carry Character When Used Expertly

Luuk Herssen is a decently powerful and fun to play Main DPS Hypercarry character capable of dealing with both large waves of enemies and boss monsters, however, his DPS output does fall short when compared to other main DPS options due to how hard to control his targeting and air-borne playstyle can be, making him only a good option to roll for if you think you can master his playstyle effectively to max out his personal damage output.

Lynae

Lynae is a 5-star Resonator of the Spectro Element and wields pistols as her main weapons. She specializes in dealing massive amounts of Basic Attack damage to enemies while she is on field and inflicting them with a Tune Break Effect that can either boost her own damage potential on the field or supplement the team’s damage output depending on which mode she is in.

Wuthering Waves 3.5 Lynae Banner

Lynae is a Sub DPS/ Support character made to be a character that can quickly reduce enemies’ Tune bar while she is on the field to trigger the different Tune Break Effects on enemies and provide the team with powerful buffs before switching out for the main DPS to deal massive amounts of damage.

Lynae’s main damage output comes from her various forms of enhanced basic attack. Lynae wants to start combat by entering with her Intro skill and restore 100 Overflow points to her. When her Overflow points are maxed, hold Lynae’s basic attack to allow her to convert the Overflow Points into Lumiflow points and enter the Kaleidoscopic Parade parade state.

Before entering combat, players can choose the effect of the Tune Break Lynae can inflict on the enemies, with Tune Rupture mode allowing her to supplement the team’s damage whenever someone deal Tune damage to enemies and Tune Strain mode boosting Lynae’s own damage against enemies under Tune Break effect.

Pull Rating: 10/10 One of The Best Universal Break Team Support and Sub DPS.

Lynae is a very powerful sub DPS and Support character that specializes in supplementing the different break teams based on her 2 different modes. With her quick and easy to use skill kit, she can deal very high damage on her own and buffs the team’s damage output with her incredibly powerful outro and Liberation buffs.

The 2nd phase banners will feature the release of the 5-Star Glacio Resonator Suisui, the returning 5-Star Fusion Resonator Aemeath.

Suisui

Suisui is a 5-Star Resonator of the Glacio Element and wields a rectifier as her main weapon type. She function primarily as a support sustain character that can inflict Glacio Chafe onto enemies and helps boost the damage output and grants special effects to any Negative Status teams thanks to her powerful Resonance Liberation Zone.

Wuthering Waves 3.5 Suisui Banner

Suisui’s skill kit focuses around her recovering Stillness points through her various attacks in order to allow her to activate her enhanced Resonance Skill, allowing her to enter the Cleansing Rain state and deal more damage. She can also inflict Glacio Chafe onto enemies and enhances the Negative Statuses effects when she has her Resonance Liberation Zone up.

Once she has accumulated enough concerto energy, using her Resonance Liberation will allow Suisui to create a special zone. When the zone is active, whenever the team inflicts different types of Negative Statuses on the enemies, the Negative Statuses will gain additional effects and damage boost based on the type of Negative Statuses, making Suisui into somewhat of a universal support for any Negative Status team. Additionally, Suisui’s Inherent Skills allows her to heal the team and prevent an ally from dying by sacrificing her own HP, making her a very strong sustain character to have.

Pull Rating: 10/10 For Negative Status Consumption Teams, 8/10 As a Generic Support Character

Suisui is a character whose skill kit mainly revolves around sustaining and buffing the various upcoming Negative Status based Main DPS Characters that consumes the Negative Status stacks on enemies in order to strengthen their damage output, making her more of an investment character to pull for to be used in future team comps or alongside Yangyang: Xuanling. Her support capabilities are quite high despite her long ramp up time and she can be a very powerful potential character similar to Chisa.

Aemeath

Aemeath is a 5-star Resonator of the Fusion element that wields a sword as her main weapon. She specializes in constantly dealing massive amounts of Fusion Resonance Liberation damage to enemies, making her one of the most powerful Fusion Main DPS characters in the game.

Wuthering Waves 3.5 Aemeath Banner

Aemeath’s gameplay focuses on switching between 2 different her normal mode and her mech mode, with different modes allowing Aemeath to do different damage effects while she is on the field. Additionally, before entering a fight, Aemeath can be switched between Fusion Burst and Tune Rupture modes, allowing her to become the main DPS character for both teams depending on the characters and team you use for her.

Aemeath’s overall gameplay is quite simple: she needs to attack as frequently as possible to gain her forte gauge and allow herself to activate her Resonance Liberation, massively enhancing her overall damage output and dealing massive instances of Fusion damage to enemies.

Whenever Aemeath attack enemies with her normal attack, she will gain Forte Gauge and upon reaching certain Forte Gauge threshold (25%, 50%, 75% and 100%), Aemeath can use her special enhanced Resonance Skill to deal special instances of Fusion damage to enemies and gain 1 point of Resonance Rate. When she gains all 4 Resonance Rate points, Aemeath can unleash her Resonance Liberation and enter an enhanced Instant Response damage mode.

Pull Rating: 10/10. One of The Strongest Main DPS Hypercarry Characters In The Game

Aemeath’s extremely easy to use and high power skill kit and her ability to switch between 2 different modes allows her to become one of the game’s most powerful hypercarry DPS character for 2 completely different teams, as long as players can supply her with her important partners in each team. Aemeath’s overwhelming damage and performance allows her to easily understand all of the game’s contents with ease, making one of the best DPS characters to invest in in the game.

Conclusion
