Wuthering Waves 3.6 Prefarm Guide – What To Prepare

With the upcoming release of the 2 brand new Resonators being introduced with the release of Wuthering Waves 3.6 Update Patch in the form of Qingxiao and Jingran, players can prepare some of the materials needed to upgrade these 2 characters in advance to save you the trouble of needing to wait to max out and test the upcoming characters’ abilities:

Resonator EXP, Weapon EXPs and Shell Credits Prefarm

The first thing players will need to prepare is the generic upgrading materials needed to upgrade the individual Resonators and Signature Weapons for these Resonators, including Resonator EXPs, Weapon EXPs and the universal currency of Shell Credits.

For each Resonator being upgraded to the max alongside their signature weapons, players will need to prepare:

– Resonator EXPs: 18 Medium Resonator EXPs, 21 Advanced Resonator EXPs, 112 Premium Resonator EXPs.

– Weapon EXPs: 1 Basic Energy Core, 7 Medium Energy Core, 35 Advanced Energy Cores and 120 Premium Energy Cores.

– Shell Credits: 1.02 Million Shell Credits For Ascension + 2.03 Million Shell Credits for Skill Leveling = 3.05 Million Shell Credits.

Double this for the 2 Resonators players will need to build in version 3.6 and players will need a total of:

– Resonator EXPs: 36 Medium Resonator EXPs, 42 Advanced Resonator EXPs, 224 Premium Resonator EXPs.

– Weapon EXPs: 2 Basic Energy Core, 14 Medium Energy Core, 70 Advanced Energy Cores and 240 Premium Energy Cores.

– Shell Credits: 6.1 Million Shell Credits.

Players can start prefarming for these universal upgrading materials at any time by challenging the Simulation Challenges in any region. Additionally, players can also obtain large amount of these materials from playing the game normally and clearing patch events for rewards.

Resonator Ascension and Skill Level Boss Materials

Of course, in order to ascend the Resonators and level their skill up to high levels, players will need to challenge and obtain materials from Overworld Bosses for the Ascension Materials and Weekly Bosses for Skill Leveling Materials.

Wuthering Waves 3.6 Prefarm Ascension Material

Luckily for players, both Qingxiao and Jingran will share the same Overworld Boss Materials for Ascension, with it being available right away in the game, so players can prefarm it right away. The Boss Material players will need to farm is the Soladirty’s Loneflame, which can be dropped from the Myriad Snare: Rustfire Chassis Boss.

Wuthering Waves 3.6 Prefarm Weekly Boss Material

To Ascend both Qingxiao and Jingran to the max, players will need 46 of these materials for each Resonator, for a total of 92 of these materials in total for both.

For weekly boss materials needed to max out their skill Qingxiao and Jingran uses different Weekly Boss materials, with Jingran using Skyward Glazed Heart, which can be obtained by challenging the Weekly Boss Court of Shackled Souls, while Qingxiao using the We Who Question, which can be obtained from the Weekly Boss Seed of Illusory Origin.

Echoes Set and Substats

Finally, to be able to max out Qingxiao and Jingran right away upon their releases, players can also prefarm a portion of their Echoes, with a lot of their preferred Echoes being available to prefarm already in version 3.5 update.

For Qingxiao, players will need to aim for Echoes with the Heart of Evil’s Purge set, which help boost her Aero damage output and increase her critical stats whenever she inflicts Tune Shifting on enemies. For stats, players should aim for the usual offensive main stat for Qingxiao, with a 4/3/3/1/1 Build (Critical Stats/Aero Damage/Aero Damage/Attack/Attack Main Stats). For sub stats, players should aim to get Critical Sub Stats, Basic Attack Damage and Attack stats for her echoes.
