Based on her skill kit and her ability to switch between 2 different forms, Denia is a sub DPS and Enabler Support Resonator for both the Tune Strain and Fusion Burst teams, filling a similar role to Lynae as she can also change between 2 different forms before the start of a fight to help facilitate 2 different teams.

When in combat, Denia has 2 different forms that she can switch between with different effects: Stagecraft Form and Breakdown Form. In Stagecraft Form, Denia can accumulate her Forte Gauge by attacking enemies and can enhance her Resonance skill when her Forte Gauge is filled. Upon using her Resonance Skill, Denia can enter Breakdown Form and consume her Forte Gauge energy in order to deal massive amounts of damage to enemies. When in this state, Denia gains Dark Cores overtime, which help unlock her Enhanced Resonance Skills.

Casting her Resonance Liberation in the different forms allows her to gain different effects and benefits, allowing her to deal more damage to enemies. Additionally, depending on her state before the start of the fight, Denia can inflict Tune Strain or Fusion Burst to enemies with her abilities, making her a very powerful Sub DPS and Fusion Burst enabler.

As Denia serves as a main DPS/ Sub DPS character for the Fusion Burst and Tune Strain teams that deals Resonance Liberation Damage, she wants weapons that can boost her overall Fusion damage and Resonance Liberation Damage output while also having effects that help boost the team’s overall damage output.

Some of Denia’s Best Weapon Choices are:

Denia’s best Echoes set is the Chromatic Foam set, which boost Denia’s own Fusion damage bonus while also providing the incoming Resonator a massive Fusion damage boost when Denia switches out.

Chromatic Foam
2-pcs: Fusion DMG + 10%
5-pcs: When the Resonator inflicts Fusion Burst on the enemies, they gain the following effects: Gain 10% Fusion DMG Bonus for 15 s. While this effect is active, casting an Outro Skill grants the incoming Resonator 25% Fusion DMG Bonus for 15s.

As a Main/ Sub DPS character, Denia wants the usual critical stats, Fusion Damage and Resonance Liberation Damage stats for her echoes to maximize her own damage output.

3 CostFusion Damage or Energy Regen
3 CostFusion Damage
1 CostAttack

Important Stat Threshold:

– Like with other main DPS characters, Denia wants a decent critical chance to critical damage ratio to max out her damage output, so players should aim for at least 70-80% Critical Chance and 220%+ Critical Damage for her to keep up with the game’s endgame contents.

– Since Denia’s main damage output is from her Resonance Liberation, players should focus on boosting this up as much as you can.

– Players can replace one of the Echoes on Fusion Damage Bonus into Energy Regen if they want Denia to function a bit more smoothly while doing less damage.

Denia as a character is very versatile, with her ability to fit in with both the Fusion Burst and Tune-Strain Centric teams in both the Main and Sub DPS roles depending on the team comp. Therefore, some of her best teams includes:

AemeathDeniaChisa
Main DPSSub DPS/SupportSupport/Sustain
EssentialEssentialFlexible

This team makes use of Aemeath’s powerful ability to deal extremely high Fusion damage to enemies in her Fusion Burst mode while being supported and enabled by Denia’s skill kit that inflicts Fusion Burst to enemies and grants Aemeath a lot of Fusion Damage boost effects. Denia’s is the team’s sub DPS and support character, capable of applying a lot of different Fusion Burst stacks on enemies for Aemeath to detonate and deal extra Fusion damage while also boosting Aemeath’s Fusion damage through her weapon and echoes set. Chisa is the team’s main Support character with her ability to heal the team, apply additional Negative Status stacks and boost Aemeath’s critical damage with her weapon.

Tune Strain Damage Team

Luuk HerssenDeniaMornye
Main DPSSub DPS/SupportSupport/Sustain
EssentialEssentialFlexible

This team takes advantage of Denia’s powerful ability to quickly inflict Tune Strain on the enemies to help boost Luuk Herssen’s damage output while he is on field. Both Luuk Herssen and Denia serves as DPS characters in this team with them being able to alternate taking the field to deal damage to enemies and inflict Tune Strain onto them while being supported and healed by Mornye.

DeniaLynaeMornye
Main DPSSub DPS/SupportSupport/Sustain
EssentialEssentialFlexible

As mentioned, due to how versatile her skill kit is, Denia can also serve as the team’s main DPS character. This team takes advantage of Lyane’s powerful ability to buff the Resonance Liberation damage and overall stats of Denia with her outro skill to allow Denia to deal powerful Tune Strain damage to enemies. Mornye is the team’s main support and sustain character, capable of boosting Denia’s overall Tune Strain and Fusion damage output.

The artificial Resonator related to Aleph-1 that helps facilitate both the Fusion Burst and Tune Strain teams, players should take advantage of Enjoygm’s special Wuthering Waves Top Up Discounts and try and get Denia in order to make one of the best performance teams in the game at the lowest possible prices.
