Who is Suoming and Why Her Materials Matter
Suoming is a Mengzhou Resonator from Huating, the Seal Master of the Ten Seals Covenant and later Intendant of the Ministry of Sentinel Affairs. In combat she is not a simple on-field sword DPS. She cycles Awakened Mind, Deep Mind, and Calamity Mind, builds a Delusion gauge to 800, then spends Unison to either buff her own Basic Attacks or hand Electro and Resonance Skill damage to the incoming Resonator.

Do not treat every node as equal. Current build consensus is:
- Forte Circuit
- Basic Attack
- Resonance Skill
- Resonance Liberation

Forte Circuit first because Delusion generation, state swaps, and Unison all live there. Basic Attack is second because Deep Mind replaces her normals with Unfurled Canopy strings. Liberation still matters even when its raw multiplier looks modest, because it is the gate that grants Unison. Intro can wait if Waveplates are tight.

Where to Farm Every Suoming Material in WuWa

Howler Cores (LF, MF, HF, FF)
Howler Cores are the oldest enemy family in the game, which is good news. You do not need a new map to start.
- Hunt Howler-class Tacet Discords across Jinzhou and Mengzhou. Reliable names include Spearback, Hurriclaw, Chirpuff, Gulpuff, Violet-Feathered Heron, Cyan-Feathered Heron, and the Dreadmane line.
- Buy leftover LF cores from Uncle Wei in Jinzhou when Shell Credits are plentiful and Waveplates are not.
- Use the Synthesizer at a 3-to-1 trade-up when you are drowning in LF and short on FF.
- Supply Packs and event shops dump extras. Do not spend Waveplates on cores if a shop is selling them.
You need 29 / 40 / 52 / 61 across ascension and Forte. Bank more HF and FF than LF. The last Forte ranks eat high-rarity cores.
Forged Empyrean’s Sigh
This is the live world-boss item, 46 copies, 60 Waveplates per claim.

Miasmic Branch

Plan on 60 nodes, not a one-and-done loop. Local specialties respawn on a daily cycle, so two or three clean routes after patch day usually finish the stack if you mark every plant on first pass. Until the live map pins land, treat this as the first thing you do after the 3.7 download, before you spend Waveplates on Echoes.
Wing Polarizers
Broken, Monowing, Polywing, and Layered Wing Polarizers come from Forgery Challenge: Fallen Sanctum in Etching Plains, with additional Wingfall Chasm options in Mengzhou.
- Each claim costs 40 Waveplates.
- Community tracking puts a full Polarizer line around 30 Fallen Sanctum runs if you are also feeding Unspoken Rue.
- Split the daily budget. Dumping every Waveplate into one domain delays Howler cores, EXP, and the world boss.
Mengzhou Forgery rooms have a quiet bonus: they passively drip Howler Cores while you farm Polarizers. If you still need both, run the Mengzhou rooms first.
Remnant of the Wheel
Remnant of the Wheel is the new weekly boss material shared with Hsin. You need 26 for a full Suoming Forte tree. That is the item that cannot be brute-forced with leftover stamina.
Weekly bosses cap hard, so the practical move is to have Suoming in the roster the week the boss opens. Sitting on 26 unspent materials while you still need 20 more pulls is how accounts fall behind. If the Phase 2 banner is the reason you are short, topping up Lunites through Enjoygm is the gameplay-relevant spend as it turns the first weekly lockout into actual Forte ranks instead of a parked Resonator.
Mech Cores
Mech Cores ride along on Fallen Sanctum claims and drop from mechanical enemies around Roya Frostlands. You only need 6 / 6 / 10 / 12 for Unspoken Rue, so this is a side objective, not a dedicated week of farming.
Shell Credits, Resonance Potions, and Energy Cores
- Simulation Training is the clean Shell Credit printer when the material list is already done.
- Premium Resonance Potion is the Level 1–90 EXP stack. Budget about 122 potions, plus the Shell Credits those potions consume when you actually feed them.
- Premium Energy Core covers Unspoken Rue EXP. Budget about 135.
- Events, Pioneer Podcast, and weekly boss chests fill gaps. Do not buy EXP with Waveplates until the scarce items (Sigh, Polarizers, weekly boss) are under control.
