Wuthering Waves Version 3.6 Rate Up Banners – Which Banner To Roll On

The first phase banners for version Update 3.6 of Wuthering Waves will last for 21 days from the start of the version update patch. The first phase banners will feature the brand new 5-star Aero Sword Resonator Qingxiao and the returning 5-Star Fusion Gauntlets Resonator Denia alongside their signature weapons

Qingxiao

Qingxiao is an 5-Star Resonator of the Aero Element that wields a sword as her main weapon. She specializes in dealing Basic Attack damage to enemies while also benefiting from inflicting Tune Strain on enemies in order to deal big damage to them while switching between different forms.

Wuthering Waves 3.6 Qingxiao

Qingxiao’s skill kit boils down mainly into 2 gimmicks: She can switch between two different forms by building her forte gauge and accumulate different type of stacks and uses her Heavy attack to switch between them upon accumulating enough Forte Gauge.

In her normal form, Qingxiao will be able to accumulate Qin Heart Stacks and Sword Soul stacks with her Basic Attacks against enemies. Once full, she can consume all Qin Heart Stacks by using her Heavy Attack to enter her Ephemeral Immortal Form.

In her Ephemeral Immortal Form, Qingxiao will gains an entirely brand new series of attacks and deal more Aero damage to enemies. During this mode, attacking enemies will accumulate Mind-Sword Intent for Qingxiao. Upon building enough Mind-Sword Intent, she will unlock her special Heavy Attack Heavenly Cleansing, allowing her to deal massive amounts of Aero damage to enemies and exit her Ephemeral Immortal Form.

While attacking enemies, Qingxiao will inflict them with Mind Perception Lock, which boost the damage taken by enemies when attacked by Qingxiao. Additionally, when attacking enemies under Mind Perception Lock, Qingxiao will additionally gain Condensed Perception stacks, which boost the damage instance she deals when inflicting Tune Strain on enemies..

Pull Rating: 9/10 A Powerful Tune Strain DPS Character

Qingxiao is a very simple and straight forward DPS character whose entire skill kit and abilities revolves around dealing and taking advantage of the Tune Strain mechanics.

Her only main competition in this role is Luuk Herssen who is also a Tune Strain DPS and Cartethyia who is a Aero DPS character, however, Qingxiao is unique enough that she can easily compete and even surpass both of her competitions, making her a worthwhile DPS character for players to roll for if they are lacking an Aero or Tune Strain DPS option.

Denia

Denia is an 5-star Resonator of the Fusion Element and wields a rectifier as her main weapon type. Denia serves as the last missing piece for the Fusion Burst Team and also has the ability to enable the Tune Strain teams thanks to her ability to switch between 2 different modes similar to Lynae.

Wuthering Waves 3.6 Denia

Based on her skill kit and her ability to switch between 2 different forms, Denia is a sub DPS and Enabler Support Resonator for both the Tune Strain and Fusion Burst teams, filling a similar role to Lynae as she can also change between 2 different forms before the start of a fight to help facilitate 2 different teams.

When in combat, Denia has 2 different forms that she can switch between with different effects: Stagecraft Form and Breakdown Form. In Stagecraft Form, Denia can accumulate her Forte Gauge by attacking enemies and can enhance her Resonance skill when her Forte Gauge is filled. Upon using her Resonance Skill, Denia can enter Breakdown Form and consume her Forte Gauge energy in order to deal massive amounts of damage to enemies. When in this state, Denia gains Dark Cores overtime, which help unlock her Enhanced Resonance Skills.

Casting her Resonance Liberation in the different forms allows her to gain different effects and benefits, allowing her to deal more damage to enemies. Additionally, depending on her state before the start of the fight, Denia can inflict Tune Strain or Fusion Burst to enemies with her abilities, making her a very powerful Sub DPS and Fusion Burst enabler.

Pull Rating: 9/10. A Powerful Supporting Character For Both the Tune Strain and Fusion Burst Teams

Alongside the release of Qingxiao, Denia’s pull rating have been increased as she can now serves as a powerful support sub DPS for both the Aemeath Fusion Burst and the Qingxiao/ Luuk Herssen Tune Strain Teams, allowing her to make full use her of her versatility. If players want to invest in either of the teams, getting Denia is highly recommended.

Wuthering Waves Version 3.6 Second Phase Rate Up Banners – Which Banner To Roll On

The second phase rate up banners for Wuthering Waves version 3.6 starts right after the first phase ends and will last until the end of the patch, lasting for 21 days. The 2nd phase banners will feature the release of the brand new 5-Star Fusion Broadblade Character Jingran, the returning 5-Star Glacio Sword Character Hiyuki and the returning 5-Star Fusion Broadblade Character Mornye.

Jingran

Jingran is an upcoming 5-Star Resonator of the Fusion element that wields a broadblade as his main weapon. He serves primarily as a Fusion DPS character that deals amazing heavy attack damage to enemies while also scales off both his Max HP and Attack stats.

Wuthering Waves 3.6 Jingran

Jingran’s skill kit is relatively simple and effective, especially with his ability to increase his attack proportional to his Max HP, allowing him to become a very powerful dual-scaling DPS character with the ability to switch stances.

Jingran’s skill kit mainly revolves around him dealing Heavy Attack damage to enemies to accumulate as much Qi points as possible. Upon gaining enough Qi points, Jingran will be able to switch form between his Yang form into his Yin form, changing his attack patterns and allowing him to deal more damage to enemies. Upon using his Resonance Skill, Jingran will deal damage to enemies in different ways depending on which form he is in and allow him to skip a portion of his Basic Attack Sequences, allowing him to deal quick damage to enemies that are considered Heavy Damage Attacks.

Upon using his Resonance Liberation, he sacrifices a portion of his HP to gain a large amount of Qi points, massively enhances his damage dealt and improves his Max HP to Attack conversion effect and passive. Additionally, Whenever allies grant the party shield, Jingran will gain buff stacks that will be consumed to grant himself a Fusion damage bonus upon him using his Intro Skill, further boosting his damage output if there’s shield support in the team.

Pull Rating: 8/10 A Good DPS Character Up For Considerations

Jingran is a very unique case of a DPS character as he is a dual-scaling character, with his damage scaling off both his Attack and HP, making his damage potential very high if there is a future Support character that can provide him with good stat buffs. However, as of his release, Jingran won’t have dedicated support characters to go with him just yet, so players can consider getting him as an investment in the future once his dedicated team is solidified.

Hiyuki

Hiyuki is a 5-star Resonator of the Cryo Element and wields a Sword as her main weapon. She serves as the brand new Main DPS character for the Cryo element whose skill kit revolves around dealing massive amounts of Basic Attacks to enemies and inflicting Glacio Bite onto the enemies, dealing more damage to enemies with Glacio Bite.

Wuthering Waves 3.6 Hiyuki

Hiyuki’s skill kit revolves around players accumulating as much Forte Gauge energy as possible using her Basic Attacks while dealing Cryo damage to enemies. Then upon accumulating enough Forte Gauge, Hiyuki’s Resonance Liberation is available, allowing her to enter a special enhanced mode and dealing more damage to enemies. Hiyuki’s skill kit also allows her to inflict Glacio Bite and allow her to consume Glacio Bite in order to deal more damage against enemies and inflict the Frostbite debuff on enemies.

When using Hiyuki’s Basic Attacks, players will be able to accumulate Dedication Forte Gauge stacks and gain more damage bonus the more Gauge she has. Once her Dedication Gauge is full, her Heavy Attack will be massively enhanced and her Resonance Liberation will become available for players to use. Once used, Hiyuki will enter a special Enhanced Mode that allows her to massively enhance the damage output of all of her skills and abilities.

Pull Rating: 10/10. One Of The Most Powerful DPS Characters In The Game

With the release of Hiyuki’s full team that allows Hiyuki to fully unleash her damage potential, she has solidified herself as one of the most powerful DPS characters in the game. If players want to invest in a strong DPS character for endgame contents, Hiyuki is important

Mornye

Mornye is a 5-star Resonator of the Fusion element and wields a Broadblade as her main weapon. Her abilities surround her various methods to bombard enemies with powerful machineries and offer the team various beneficial effects. She serves as the main sustain support option in different teams, especially the brand new off-tune mechanic centric team.

Wuthering Waves 3.6 Mornye

Mornye’s skill kit allows her to provide various benefits to the team by either tanking the enemies’ attacks or healing the team while providing powerful buffs. Mornye’s Resonance Skill allows her to deal Fusion damage to enemies in front of her while setting up a special parry barrier. When enemies hit the barrier, Mornye can auto parry and deal Fusion damage to enemies.

Mornye’s Resonance Liberation allows her to bombard enemies with various laser machines, dealing Fusion damage to them and providing the team with various beneficial effects. When Mornye’s Forte Gauge is filled, she can enter her special aerial mode, completely ignoring all enemies’ ground attacks and summon large amounts of cannons to deal heavy damage on the field while healing allies.

Pull Rating: 10/10. An Incredible future-proof support.

As one of the few premium support options available for players in the game, Mornye offers a lot of important beneficial effects for various team comps, making her a very strong support character overall with powerful buffs, rivaling that of Shorekeeper.
