Zenless Zone Zero 2nd Anniversary Exclusive Rescreening Rerun Banner – Best Agent To Roll For
Exclusive Rescreening Banner Rules
For the second half of the 2nd Anniversary update patch for Zenless Zone Zero from the 19th of August, a special Exclusive Rescreening rerun banner will be available for players to roll on.
This special rerun banner will have a special gimmick where players can choose 1 out of 3 returning S Rank Agents – The S Rank Physical Stun Specialty Agent Dialyn, The S Rank Physical Support Specialty Agent Yuzuha and the S Rank Electric Attack Specialty Agent Harumasa – as their desired rate up character.

The first time players obtain an S Rank Agent during this banner, it is guaranteed to be the S Rank Agent you choose. Additionally, the first 10-pull on the banner will have a 20% discount. Players can change between the rate up S Rank Agent freely during the banner’s duration. These rules also apply to the special W-Engine Rerun Banner featuring the signature W-Engines for these 3 Agents as well.
Dialyn
Dialyn is an S Rank Agent of the Physical Element and Stun Specialty. She specializes in constantly raising the enemies’ daze gauge and filling her special gauge to allow other teammates to use their Ultimate without consuming their Decibel gauge if they are the character next on the Chain Attack.

Dialyn’s kit revolves around dealing as much damage to enemies as possible to both raise their Stun gauge and raise her special Positive Feedback gauge. Once her Positive Feedback gauge is filled to a point, she can activate the special Get Lost status. Upon getting Get Lost, when you initiate a Chain Attack with other Agents in the team by stunning the enemy, the ally whose chain attack is activated after Dialyn will automatically activate their Ultimate without having to consume any Decibel.
Pull Rating: 10/10. One of The Most Powerful Stun Specialty Agent In The Game
Dialyn’s simple ability to force an ally to activate a free Ultimate is one of the most powerful effects in the game as many different Agents in the game benefit greatly from Ultimate. Coupled that with her own ability to quickly raise enemies’ Daze and deal damage to enemies and you have one of the best universal stunners in the game.
Yuzuha
Yuzuha is a S Rank Agent of the Physical Element and Support Specialty. She specializes in providing powerful Anomaly buffs to the entire team while also forcefully trigger the Disorder Effect on enemies with her skills.

Yuzuha’s skill kit is relatively simple but effective, with her main role being to quickly take the field to deal Physical damage to the enemies and raise their Physical Attribute Anomaly Gauge extremely quickly and triggering Assault on enemies then switch out with her Quick Assist ability to allow other allies to deal Disorder damage to enemies. Additionally, she offers amazing Anomaly buffs to allies even when she is off-field, allowing her to be the primary Anomaly Support agent for various different teams.
Pull Rating: 8/10. A Decently Powerful Anomaly Support Agent
Yuzuha serves primarily as a quick and easy to use Support Agent for Anomaly Team that can quickly provide the team with additional Attribute Anomaly Effects while also buffing them and be able to trigger Quick Assist for other allies to take the field. If players intend to run an Anomaly team, rolling for Yuzuha is not a bad idea.
Harumasa
Harumasa is an S Rank Agent of the Electric Element and Attack Specialty. He specializes in quickly dealing high speed Dash attacks against enemies when his electric quills are on the field, quickly dealing massive amounts of damage to enemies when they are stunned or under Anomaly effects.

Harumasa’s main gameplay revolves around his enhanced Dash Attacks, which can be triggered when there are Electric Quills on the field for him to consume. Upon using his Basic Attack, EX Special Attacks or when the enemies are stunned or under an Attribute Anomaly Effect, Electric Quills will be generated onto the field, with a maximum of 6 quills being able to be present on the field at the same time.
Once the quills are present on the field, Harumasa can use his Hold Basic Attack to mark an enemy and quickly dash towards them, summoning the quills to attack the enemy. Once the enemy is attacked by the quills, they will be debuffed with a special effect, allowing Harumasa to use his special Dash Attacks to deal damage to them proportional to the amount of quills consumed.
Pull Rating: 6/10. A Decently Strong But Flawed DPS Character
While Harumasa damage output is relatively high, especially when his Potential is unlocked and he is invested in, his damage output is not on par with more DPS modern options in the game. Coupled this with is very difficult to use playstyle and his relatively single target focus gameplay and you will get a decently strong but flawed DPS character that is not worth rolling for unless you really like how he plays or really like his character.
Dialyn Signature W-Engine

Effect: While off-field, the equipper’s Energy Regen increases by 1.5/s. When the equipper deals Physical DMG with an EX Special Attack, the Daze dealt by the equipper’s attacks increases by 9% for 10s, stacking up to 3 times. At 3 stacks, all squad members gain 30% additional CRIT DMG for 40s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Only one instance of this CRIT DMG boost effect can exist in the same squad.
Pull Rating: 10/10 for Dialyn. 5/10 for others.
Dialyn’s signature W-Engine that helps her provide the entire team with additional Critical damage stacks and help to improve her damage rotation thanks to the Energy Regen buff.
For other Agents, this W-Engine can be used as a stat stick for any Stun Specialty Agents that wants high Energy Regen stats.
Yuzuha Signature W-Engine

Effect: When the equipper’s EX Special Attack or Ultimate deals Physical DMG, their Anomaly Mastery increases by 30 for 40s. When the equipper’s Aftershock hits an enemy, all squad members’ Anomaly Proficiency increases by 60 for 40s. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad.
Pull Rating: 10/10 For Yuzuha, 4/10 for others.
Yuzuha’s signature W-Enginer that can help boost her and the entire team’s Anomaly stats, suitable for an Anomaly Support Agent.
For others, this W-Engine only help boost the team’s Anomaly stats when Physical damage is dealt, meaning it is only suitable for Physical Support Agents and is not worth rolling for other Agents.
Harumasa Signature W-Engine

Effect: CRIT Rate increases by 10%. Dash Attack Electric DMG increases by 40%. When any squad member applies an Attribute Anomaly or Stuns an enemy, the equipper’s CRIT Rate increases by an additional 10% for 15s.
Pull Rating: 10/10 For Harumasa, 7/10 for others.
Harumasa’s signature W-Engine provides him with a lot of additional Critical stats and helps boost his Dask attack damage output, helping to optimize his damage output greatly.
For other characters, the W-Engine can be used as both a stat stick and a decently good W-Engine for any Attack Specialty Agent due to its easy to trigger effects that grants additional Critical stats.
Conclusion
And with that, we have gone over what we think are the best agents players should focus on for the Exclusive Rescreening Banner for Zenless Zone Zero 2nd Anniversary Update Patch.
