Cissia is an upcoming S Rank Electric Elemental Agent of the Attack Specialty. She specializes in dealing massive amounts of Electric to enemies by inflicting them with her special Venom Mark that allows her to ignore a portion of the enemies’ defenses. Additionally, Cissia can also gain Venom stacks to boost her overall Electric damage output by a good amount.

Cissia Skill Kit

– Basic Attack: Unleash up to four consecutive attacks forward, dealing Electric DMG;

When the fourth attack hits an enemy, inflicts [Venom Mark] effect for 60s;

After the fourth attack hits an enemy, gain 1 stack of [Venom]. Gain an additional 1 stack of [Venom] when hitting a Stunned enemy.

– Charge Attack: Cissia leaps into the air and locks onto a target, then crashes down to deal Electric DMG to enemies within range;

While locking on, hold to extend the lock-on duration, and move the joystick to freely control the landing point;

Upon activating this skill, consume up to 6 stacks of [Serpent’s Swiftness], with each stack increasing this skill’s DMG Multiplier;

When hitting an enemy, inflict the [Venom Mark] effect for 60 seconds;

After hitting an enemy, if she is the active character, rapidly consume all [Venom] and trigger [Serpent’s Venom Burst];

Serpent’s Venom Burst

Deals Electric DMG to all enemies with [Venom Mark];

Each trigger increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 8%, lasting 15s. Max 3 stacks. Repeated triggers refresh the duration;

Upon triggering, gain 1 stack of [Serpent’s Swiftness]. Max 9 stacks.

– Special Attack: Launches a long-range snake bite forward, dealing Electric DMG;

When the skill hits an enemy, inflicts the [Venom Mark] effect on them, lasting 60s;

Anti-Interrupt level is increased while using this skill.

– EX Special Attack: Unleash multi-hit long-range serpent strikes forward, dealing Electric DMG;

When held, consumes additional Energy to launch extra strikes, consuming 20 Energy per strike and dealing Electric DMG, up to a maximum of 60 additional Energy consumed;

– Core Passive: When entering the battlefield, gain 3 [Venom]. This effect can trigger once every 180s in Investigation Zone mode.

While you have [Venom], consume 1 [Venom] every 5s while in-combat to trigger [Serpent’s Venom Burst], dealing Electric DMG. All squad members’ Electric DMG and Physical DMG against enemies with [Venom Mark] ignore 6% of the enemy’s DEF. When Energy Regen is greater than 1.4, for every 0.12 above this threshold, ignore an additional 1% of enemy DEF, up to a maximum of 25% DEF ignored. This effect lasts until 8s after [Venom] is depleted.

[Serpent’s Venom Burst] DMG Multiplier increased by 330%.

When there is at least 1 other Electric attribute character in the squad, [Serpent’s Venom Burst] Daze increased by 50%.

When gaining [Venom], for every 1 excess [Venom], trigger [Serpent’s Venom Burst] once.

– Additional Ability: When another character in your squad is [Physical] attribute or shares the same attribute:

While [Venom] is active, increases CRIT DMG for all squad members by 30%, and additionally increases own CRIT DMG by 20%. Lasts for 8s after [Venom] is depleted.

– C1: Upon entering the battlefield, the [Venom] points gained are increased to 6; the enemy DEF ignore effect in [Core Passive] is increased to 150% of its original value; when hitting an enemy with an [EX Special Attack], [Chain Attack], or [Ultimate], or when consuming 6 stacks of [Serpent’s Swiftness] with a [Charged Attack], triggers [Quick Assist].

– C2: When dealing DMG with [Serpent’s Venom Burst], [EX Special Attack], [Charged Attack], and [Ultimate], ignores 15% of the target’s Electric RES; for every 2 instances of [Serpent’s Venom Burst] triggered via [Core Passive], restores 100 Decibels.

– C4: When launching an [EX Special Attack], [Chain Attack], or [Ultimate], gain 1 stack of [Venomous Fang], up to a maximum of 3 stacks. When launching a [Charged Attack], consume all [Venomous Fang] stacks to trigger [Serpent’s Venom Burst] 1 additional time per stack consumed without consuming [Venom].

– C6: When a [Chain Attack] or [Ultimate] hits an enemy in the Stunned state, gain an additional 3 [Venom]; when the 4th hit of a [Basic Attack] hits an enemy in the Stunned state, gain an additional 1 [Venom]; [Charged Attack] DMG is increased by 30%.

Cissia Signature W-Engine

Effect: Increases CRIT Rate by 20%. When the equipper consumes at least 20 Energy in a single instance, for every 20 Energy consumed, gain a buff for 3s: Ignore 30% of the target’s DEF when dealing Electric DMG. Gaining this buff again extends the duration, up to a maximum of 30s. When entering the Assist state, gain this buff for 10s. When the equipper is not the active character on-field, the buff duration does not decrease.
