Roxy Ifrita Pryce is not another generic Stun Agent you park off-field and forget. She is the Flint Workshop’s chief smith, a pale-green-haired S-Rank Wind Stun unit who turns the battlefield into a moving storm: you hold her EX Special, ride a controllable tornado, bank Wind Energy, drop Eyes of the Storm, then detonate them into tracking twisters that group enemies and open massive Stun windows. If you want a Zenless Zone Zero Roxy build that actually respects how she plays, this is the guide that walks you through every decision before her Phase 2 banner in Version 3.2.

Before you start farming Windbite Chips and Stun Seals, lock in the Polychromes you will need for Roxy and Crimson Moon Casket. A lot of Proxies lose banner value by topping up late or paying full official rates. Enjoygm is a reliable way to top up Zenless Zone Zero quickly and at a better rate, so you can hit pity on her Exclusive Channel without stretching the Inter-Knot budget. Use it if you already know you want her signature or a second copy for Mindscapes.
Who Roxy Is and Why Her Build Matters
Zenless Zone Zero Roxy is an S-Rank Wind Stun Agent from the new Flint Workshop faction. Officially she is Claret Flint’s most trusted assistant and the workshop’s chief smith. In combat Roxy is a field-control Stunner: grouping, Daze, Stun extension, CRIT-related team buffs, and a Contamination / Windswept interaction that feeds both Armorer and Attack partners.

ZZZ Roxy Kit: How the Storm Actually Works
Roxy’s kit is one loop with three currencies: Energy, Wind Energy (cap 3), and Eyes of the Storm on the field.
Core loop for the Zenless Zone Zero Roxy build with her kit works like this:
- Spend Energy on her held EX Special.
- Convert spent Energy into Wind Energy.
- End the tornado / follow-up and plant Eyes of the Storm.
- Detonate those Eyes into tracking tornadoes and a heavy hammer finisher.
- Chain Attack and Ultimate refund or spend that resource again while the squad dumps damage into the Stun window.
Skills that define the Zenless Zone Zero Roxy build are:
- EX Special Attack: Watch for the Chill / Rest in Peace: Hold to slide, then enter Spin: Roxy becomes the tornado. You steer it with the joystick, drain Energy, and shred anything in the path. When Spin ends she auto-follows with Rest in Peace, spends all Wind Energy, fires a wind cannon, and drops one Eye of the Storm per Wind Energy spent. If three Eyes are already out, the hammer follow-up detonates them into tracking twisters. Windswept hits during this sequence can proc the previous Agent’s Quick Assist and that is the swap hook for Claret.
- Core Passive: First Embrace Under the Moon: Every 20 Energy spent grants 1 Wind Energy (max 3). If her initial Energy Regen exceeds 1.2, every 0.01 over that line gives +6 ATK (cap +1,152) and +0.4 Impact (cap +77). Cleanse interactions on Windswept / Contamination enemies convert her extra CRIT Rate into squad CRIT DMG (non-Armorer) or Laceration DMG (Armorer). That is why Disc 4 is CRIT Rate, not CRIT DMG.
- Additional Ability: Porcelloy Heart: Needs an Attack, Rupture, or Armorer teammate. Roxy’s personal DMG scales with her level, enemies take +30% Stun DMG Multiplier while being hit by the squad, Stun duration extends by 2s, Windswept lasts longer, and she refunds a chunk of Energy on field entry. This is why she is not a “pair with anyone” Anomaly Stunner — her Additional Ability is gated.
- Ultimate: Requiem of the Buried Night: Wide-front Wind nuke, invulnerable frames, and a Wind Energy refund on some versions of the kit. Use it to start or refresh a Stun window, not as a panic button.

Mindscape Snapshot
- M1: Rest in Peace applies 15% All-Attribute RES shred and +30% personal CRIT DMG.
- M2: Detonated Eyes buff the next Spin’s Daze; Spin can persist briefly after a swap; extra Stun DMG Multiplier on hit.
- M4: Energy refunds on Defensive Assist and Dodge Counter; Ultimate DMG and Daze up.
- M6: Further Wind RES ignore and Eye detonation upgrades.
Practical stopping point for most accounts: M0–M2. M1 is the first “this feels premium” stop.
How to Play Roxy (Rotation That Does Not Waste Energy)
Do not treat Roxy like Qingyi or Anby. If you mash Basic Attacks you starve Wind Energy.
Standard field window is:
- Swap in on a Quick Assist or after a parry.
- Hold EX Special and steer the tornado through the pack. This is Daze and grouping.
- Release when Energy is low or Eyes are ready. Let Rest in Peace plant / detonate Eyes.
- If three Eyes are live, the hammer finisher is your “go” signal for the DPS.
- Chain Attack when the Stun bar breaks — it restores Wind Energy.
- Swap to Claret / Ye Shunguang / your carry for the Stun window.
- Come back only to refresh tornadoes, parry, or Ultimate.
Critical caveat: Roxy’s buffs that scale off CRIT Rate need that stat in combat, not on the character screen in the menu with no buffs. Build so you sit at 50%+ CRIT Rate for King of the Summit and Core Passive floors, then push toward 75–80% if you want the full Cleanse / CRIT DMG share.

Best W-Engines for the ZZZ Roxy Build
Crimson Moon Casket is the only engine that solves CRIT Rate, Wind RES ignore, EX-Special Daze, and a long squad DMG buff in one slot. If you are already topping up for the Agent banner, the W-Engine banner with Enjoygm is what saves you real money with better top ups. Her signature is the difference between “good Stunner” and “Claret’s best partner.”

So, the best W-engines work for Roxy are:
| Rank | W-Engine | Why it works | Who should use it |
| Best | Crimson Moon Casket (Signature) | ~24% CRIT Rate, Wind RES ignore up to 24%, huge Daze on Wind EX Special, squad DMG buff ~20–32% for 50s | Anyone pulling her seriously |
| Best F2P | Steam Oven | Impact stacks as you generate Energy; she spends Energy constantly, so stacks stay live | F2P and low-spender Stun builds |
| Strong alt | Hellfire Gears | Off-field Energy Regen + Impact after EX Special | If Steam Oven is taken or you swap her a lot |
| Budget | Kaboom the Cannon | Energy Regen main stat and squad ATK on hits | Early account, A-Rank only |
Signature numbers vary by refinement. At high refine the Daze and squad DMG lines are what make her feel like a limited Stunner instead of a dressed-up A-Rank.
Best Drive Discs for Roxy
King of the Summit is still the Stun 4-piece of the era, and Roxy meets its 50% CRIT Rate condition on purpose. Following are the best drive discs we recommend for a Zenless Zone Zero Roxy best build:
| Set | Pieces | Role |
| King of the Summit | 4-pc | +6% Daze (2-pc). EX Special or Chain Attack gives squad CRIT DMG; extra CRIT DMG if you have ≥50% CRIT Rate |
| Moonlight Lullaby or Swing Jazz | 2-pc | +20% Energy Regen — this is not optional flavor, it feeds her Core Passive conversion |
| Temporary | Woodpecker Electro 2-pc | Extra CRIT Rate while you farm King of the Summit |

Main Stats
- Disc 4: CRIT Rate
- Disc 5: ATK% or Wind DMG%
- Disc 6: Energy Regen (do not put Impact here unless ER is already solved on the W-Engine and 2-pc)
Substat order: CRIT Rate > ATK% > PEN Ratio > flat ATK. Impact is welcome but not a substat you force over CRIT Rate.
Stat Targets
| Stat | Minimum | Comfortable | High investment |
| CRIT Rate | 50% | 75–80% | 90%+ if chasing max buff share |
| Energy Regen (initial) | >1.2 | As high as Disc 6 + 2-pc allow | Signature + double ER 2-pc |
| ATK | ~2,000 | 2,200–2,500 | 2,600+ after ER conversion |
| Impact | Base + conversion | 18%+ bonus if you can | 24–30%+ |
Skill Priority and Materials
Level Core Skill first for a Zenless Zone Zero Roxy best build. Everything about her ATK/Impact conversion and Cleanse buff lives there. Then EX Special and Basic Attack (her field time is those two). Ultimate next. Assist and Dodge last unless you parry-heavy play her.
Promotion / skill farm (standard Stun + Wind package):
- Stun Certification Seals (Basic / Advanced / Buster)
- Windbite Chips (Basic / Advanced / Specialized)
- Hamster Cage Passes for skill 11–12
- Notorious Hunt + Expert Challenge mats for Core Skill
- Several million Dennies for full 60 / all skills

Roxy ZZZ Teams
Roxy’s Additional Ability wants Attack, Rupture, or Armorer. That is the team-building rule. She is a poor Anomaly-core Stunner compared with agents who exist to force Disorder.

And there are few teams that works fine with her as follows:
Premium Flint Core
| Slot | Agent | Job |
| DPS | Claret (Electric Armorer) | Gash → Maim, multi-CRIT, Laceration |
| Stun | Roxy | Group, Daze, Stun extend, CRIT Rate / Laceration share |
| Support | Rina or Velina | PEN / Electric buffs (Rina) or Wind / Anomaly pressure (Velina) |
This is the team the 3.2 Special Program showed on purpose: Roxy vacuums the pack, Claret spends the Stun window.
Attack Carry Core
| Slot | Agent | Job |
| DPS | Ye Shunguang (or another top Attack) | Burst in the extended Stun window |
| Stun | Roxy | Daze + CRIT DMG share for non-Armorer |
| Support | Sunna / Astra Yao / Nicole | Sustain, ATK, or DEF shred + grouping |
Lean / early-account options
- Pyrois + Roxy + any Support you already built
- Sigrid + Roxy if you are on the Season 3 Attack / Contamination line
- Nicole in the third slot remains the cheapest grouping and shred option in the game
Bangboo: pick the one that matches the DPS attribute or a Stun/generalist you already have leveled. Flint Workshop does not ship a dedicated Bangboo at launch.
ZZZ Roxy Rank: Is She Worth Pulling?
Roxy’s current community rank is high-value Stun, T0–T1 depending on whether you own Claret. She is not a selfish hypercarry. She is the glue that makes Armorer and Attack teams hit their Stun windows harder and longer.
Pull her if:
- You are building Claret (Armorer) and need a Stun partner who also feeds CRIT Rate / Laceration value.
- You want a modern Wind Stunner who groups, extends Stun, and buffs non-Armorer CRIT DMG.
- You like active Stun gameplay (held tornado + detonation) instead of a fire-and-forget Daze bot.
Skip or delay if:
- Your account is Anomaly-locked and you already have a finished Stun roster (Norma, Nangong Yu, Dialyn, Qingyi).
- You cannot commit Energy Regen on Disc 6 plus CRIT Rate on Disc 4. A half-built Roxy feels clumsy.
Conclusion
That is everything for your Zenless Zone Zero Roxy build. Roxy rewards Proxies who treat Stun as a job, not a stat stick. Get the Energy Regen line right, keep CRIT Rate honest, and she becomes the Wind-shaped answer to every carry that needs a longer, cleaner Stun window in Version 3.2. So, use our guide right now to see how far potential you can reach out just by using Roxy.
