Norma is an upcoming S Rank Agent of the Fire Element and Stun Specialty. She specializes in dealing both on field and off field damage to enemies with her missiles to quickly raise the enemies’ daze gauge and trigger quick assist and chain attacks for the team.

Norma Skill Kit
– Basic Attack: Unleashes up to four attacks in front, dealing Fire DMG.
– Basic Attack: Hat Trick:
When Norma is the active Character and is in-combat, she gains 2% [Personal Resources] per second;
When wearing a [Hat], hold Normal Attack to activate:
After firing, throw the [Hat] to make it fire a round of aerial shots, dealing Fire DMG, and temporarily store [Personal Resources];
When the skill hits an enemy, it will trigger the previous Character’s [Quick Assist];
After the [Hat] is thrown, it will replace Norma to accumulate and temporarily store [Personal Resources] at the same rate, during which Norma does not need to be on field;
After Norma retrieves the [Hat], she will immediately gain the stored [Personal Resources];
When holding Normal Attack, the [Hat] will sprint toward Norma;
When Norma’s [Personal Resources] would reach 80% after picking up the Hat, the [Hat] will automatically sprint toward Norma;

After using this skill, Norma gains 20% [Personal Resources] and enters the [Firepower Barrage] state for 40s. During [Firepower Barrage], Norma deploys two auto-attack turrets to join combat;
Continue holding to keep consuming Energy and extend the firing duration by up to 2s. For every 1 SP consumed by holding, Norma additionally gains 0.5% Personal Resources and [Firepower Barrage] duration is extended by 1s;
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
– EX Special Attack: Target Practice: In combat, turrets will automatically attack enemies, dealing Fire DMG.
– EX Special Attack: Firepower Test:
When any squad member inflicts Stunned on an enemy, or when Norma consumes [Personal Resources] to trigger a [Chain Attack], the turret will deploy its missile bay for 8s;
During this time, the turret’s attack interval is reduced, and it fires different types of missiles based on the enemy’s status during automatic attacks:

For every 1% CRIT Rate Norma has, CRIT DMG increases by 1%, up to a maximum increase of 90%;
For every 1% CRIT Rate Norma has, Daze inflicted when [EX Special Attack], [Assist Follow-Up], and [Ultimate] attacks hit enemies increases by 0.7%, up to a maximum increase of 63%;
When Norma enters the battlefield, she immediately gains 50% [Personal Resources]. In Investigation Zones, this effect can trigger once every 180s;
When [Personal Resources] reaches 80% or more, the next [Quick Assist] triggered will consume 80% [Personal Resources] and be replaced with a [Chain Attack];
Norma additionally increases her ATK based on her Sheer Force. Every 1 point of Sheer Force increases ATK by 1.25 points, up to a maximum increase of 1,200 points.
– Additional Ability:
When another character in your squad is an [Attack] or [Rupture] character:
When Norma and her creations hit an enemy with an attack, apply 1 stack of [Weakened] to the enemy. Each stack of [Weakened] increases the target’s Stun DMG Multiplier by 3%, stacking up to 10 times, with at most 1 stack added every 0.5s;
When an enemy with any stacks of [Weakened] becomes Stunned, Stun duration is increased by 3s. This effect cannot stack with effects of the same type. [Weakened] on an enemy expires when their Stun ends;
During [Firepower Barrage], Norma’s ATK increases by 35. This effect scales with character Lv., increasing by 15 per level, up to a maximum increase of 920;
During [Firepower Barrage], all squad Agents’ DMG dealt increases by 30%;
Norma Mindscape Cinema
– C1: EX Special Attack: Firepower Test turret missile bay deployment duration increased to 12 seconds; when Armor-Piercing or High-Explosive rounds from any EX Special Attack hit an enemy, reduces the enemy’s All-Attribute RES by 15% for 15 seconds.
– C2: Additional Ability: Swarm Advantage: Each stack of [Weakened] increases the Stun DMG Multiplier by 6%. When Norma is in-combat and launches Basic Attack: Hat Trick, she recovers 25 Energy. This effect can trigger once every 20s.
– C4: When Norma consumes [Personal Resources] to trigger a [Chain Attack]: Norma and the corresponding Agent each recover 50 Decibels.
– C6: After activating her [Ultimate], Norma continuously summons missiles to bombard random enemies on the field for 12s, with 0.75s intervals between each missile, dealing Fire DMG equal to 330% of Norma’s ATK to enemies within range. This DMG is considered [Ultimate] DMG. Repeated triggers refresh the duration.
Norma Signature W-Engine
Effect: Increases the equipper’s Impact by 12%. DMG dealt ignores 20% of the target’s Fire RES. When the equipper deals Fire DMG with an [EX Special Attack], increases DMG dealt by the whole squad by 10% for 8s. Max 3 stacks. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Can be triggered once per skill at most. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad.
Overall Gameplay Assessment
Norma functions primarily as an off-field Stun Agent with her powerful missiles that constantly bombard enemies when using her EX Special Attack, allowing her to quickly raise the enemies’ Daze Gauge even when she is not on the field.
When using her EX Special Attack, Norma will set up her missiles on the field, allowing them to constantly bombard enemies with Fire damage while the on field ally attacks and help her accumulate her special Personal Resources stacks. When the missiles attacks enemies not under stun effect, they deal more Daze damage and when attacking stunned enemies, they deal more Fire Elemental Damage overall.
Norma’s core passive allows her attacks to deal more Daze damage to enemies and help to make the enemies go into the stun state much quicker. Additionally, it helps her apply the weakened status, increasing the damage taken by enemies when they are stunned and prolonging the enemies’ stun duration. Upon accumulating enough Personal Resources, upon a Quick Assist trigger, Norma will replace the Quick Assist with a Chain attack, allowing allies to deal more damage and take the field much easier.
